Personalen i receptionen var myckrt trevlig och professionell.

Cons:

Frukostpersonalen var TRÖTT! Frukosten var inte klar kl 8 utan det var då de började ta fram den i sakta mak och utan att ge akt på gästernas frågor om t.ex. mjölk att dricka.

Kumla.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ort. Das Personal ist engagiert und informiert über touristische Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Besuch des Stadtparks lohnt sich. Doch beim nächsten Mal würde ich in Örebro übernachten.

Cons:

Ich fand im Nachhinein, dass ich mit dem Übernachtungspreis Erwartungen verknüpft habe, die nicht eingelöst werden konnten.
