Kostas Apartments are an affordable option, if one would like good food, safe environment and within easy distance to Spinalonga Island.
The room and furniture, especially the bathroom is quite old (the shower tray is tiny!!!!), but the beds were comfortable and the fridge worked.
I received no reminder from Expedia, that I was supposed to confirm my fully paid booking and arrival time 3 days before checking in. This resulted in having to wait around for someone to let us in. The lady managing the property is very nice. A/c is charged at 7 euros per day.

Great stay
Pros:

Booked for 15 nights as we where on a late flight 11pm, didn't know we could have kept the room on until 6pm for 20e, Brilliant service from start to end, no problems at all , The room was basic but we are used to this in Greece after all you only shower and sleep there so no need for glam as long as it's clean and a comfy bed which it had and the price we paid was well worth it. Would definitely recommend and won't hesitate to rebook when we return one day.

Pros:

We just came back from great stay at Kosta Apartments. Family run apartments and very friendly owners. Kept very clean, with a great location to explore Stalis and surrounding areas. Thanks to Blanca and family for very pleasant stay!

Pros:

Great value for money. Really close to the strip with taverns and bars. For an extended stay in Stalis, you can’t really go past kostas apartments.
