Pros:

L’établissement présente des points positifs et négatifs. Le personnel est très aimable et la piscine est vraiment au top. En revanche, je ne le recommande pas en été : la climatisation, bien que précisée dans l’annonce, est facturée 9 € par jour, peu efficace, et il n’a pas été possible de changer de chambre car le complexe était complet. J’avais pourtant choisi cet appartement en écartant de nombreux autres qui ne proposaient pas de climatisation. Dans ces conditions, il peut être plus judicieux de choisir un hôtel légèrement plus cher mais avec une climatisation performante incluse.

Great family run hotel
Pros:

We had the best stay at ippoliti hotel. This is a small, family run hotel in a quiet part of town. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The pool was never crowded and definitely no fighting for sun beds!! The pool was lovely and clean. Sun beds were super cosy with lovely parasols. The owners went above and beyond and were so kind and helpful. Owner even gave us a room upgrade as she saw we had older children and would value the space. The food served was delicious. The apartment lovely and clean. I cannot rate this place highly enough. We would definitely recommend and return.

Trascorso 4 giorni in questa struttura. L'appartamento era carino e pulito, difficile da raggiungere per gli scalini da percorrere (impossibile per disabili e anziani ma non viene dato alcun avviso) inoltre privo dei servizi base (sapone e bagnoschiuma sia all: arrivo che nei giorni successivi, mai sostituiti gli asciugamani per 4 giorni. All'accesso non si può usufruire dell'aria condizionata se non pagando un'integrazione sul prezzo del soggiorno di 9 € al giorno non conteggiato, richiesto pagamento in contanti senza alcuna ricevuta, così come l'acquisto delle cassette d'acqua.

La piscine et l'entretien globalement sont très bien.
Les hôtes sont très avenants et serviables.
Par contre, nous avons été très déçus dès qu'on parlait argent :
- Suite à notre demande de changement d'appartement on nous en a proposé un plus petit pour presque 300 euros de plus (??? il n'y avait personne dans le complexe) : Nous avons refusé
- Quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a demandé de payer la location alors que c'était déjà payé : Après verification c'était OK
- On nous a fait payer la clim (???) et le coffre alors que lors de notre réservation (janvier) c'était inclu, mais en juillet ça ne l'était plus (???) : 150 euros
... Bref on n'était pas très à l'aise, on se demandait même si le ménage était payant.
La clim est juste au-dessus du lit et ne se met en route que lorsque vous êtes présents.
Le Wifi uniquement au bord de la piscine.
Heureusement les reste de notre séjour en Crète était Top (Covid-19 = personne).
