Probably wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Location on the beach is what you're paying for, and a place to leave your car without paying extra for beach parking. Top floor balcony is good.

Cons:

Fairly shabby and not very clean, everything is pretty old. Very thin walls and floors, you will hear everyone around you including kids running around inside. Didn't have any toiletries in the bathroom despite saying online there would be. Just overall not worth the price, probably wouldn't stay here again

Wonderful Place
Pros:

We stayed here for four nights as part of a long weekend at the beach. By the end of our time here it felt like home and we were actively down about the thought of leaving. We stayed in 202 which is effectively a one bedroom apartment with kitchen and balcony. We made good use of the kitchen which was such a nice amenity for cooking breakfast and dinner. The building is extremely cozy and also has on-site parking. Our days comprised of resting and hitting the beach for which this is perfect. You're directly across the street from the beach. We're committed to coming back as soon as we can and staying here. We just loved it and will always remember our wonderful time here. Not enough good things can be said about the neighboring beach or how fun it is to walk or take a casual drive around in the evening.

Cons:

Nothing - I was pleased with every aspect of the hotel.

Great location right by the beach. Very nice accomodations, not luxury, but perfectly adequate.

Fantastic location. Lovely amenities. Wonderful view.
Pros:

The location is great. The view was amazing- beach on one side and bay on the other.

Cons:

The AC system is too loud. I know this is not your fault but there is a bird that starts squawking around 2 AM and it’s really annoying.
