Πολύ καθαρό, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό και πρόθυμο! Ο Κ που ετοίμαζε το πρωινό με το χαμόγελο και πάντα καλή διάθεση, εξαιρετικότατος! Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία με ωραία καφετέρια!!! Δυστυχώς δεν δοκίμασα το εστιατόριο!!!

I have visited the restaurant several times and I always enjoy it very much. As always, the staff is very kind and polite. This was my first time staying at the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well organized, with all the necessary amenities. In my opinion, it was a bit cool during colder days, as the heating didn’t work properly even though it was turned on. There was a fireplace in the room with wood provided, which might have helped, but since we don’t prefer using it in a sleeping area because of the smoke, we didn’t light it. On the other hand, everything else was very good, and the breakfast was also very good.

Είχαμε την καλύτερη διαμονή στα Ιωάννινα (σε σύγκριση με προηγούμενες φορές που μείναμε αλλού)
Pros:

Συγχαρητήρια στο προσωπικό- όλοι εξαιρετικοί! (και στο παιδί στο πάρκινγκ που έκανε κάθε προσπάθεια να βοηθήσει - μπράβο του)
Εξαιρετικό εστιατόριο, το καλύτερο στα Ιωάννινα.
Πολύ καλό πρωινό-δεν μας έλειπε κάτι-εξυπηρετικότατος ο υπεύθυνος
Απίστευτη τοποθεσία-θέα.
Παντού άρτια οργάνωση
Σίγουρα θα επανέλθουμε

Le lieu mais aussi la ville de Ioannina ville surprenante et accueillante
Pros:

Le complexe très agréable nous sommes arrivés à 16 heures et nous avons pu manger car plusieurs pôles pour la restauration salle de restauration où nous avons goûté d excellents mets Et une belle vue depuis le restaurant
nous avons tout apprécié même si ce complexe est un peu éloigné du centre

Το καλύτερο κατάλυμα για να μείνει κανείς στα Ιωάννινα

Η διαμονή μας στη Φρόντζου Πολιτεία ήταν άριστη. Ξεπέρασε τις προαδοκίες μας καθώς είχαμε μαζί μας και το 11 μηνών μωράκι μας. Το προσωπικό σε όλα τα πόστα του ήταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και η καθαριότητα του δωματίου άριστη, καθημερινά είχαμε καθαρές πετσέτες. Ειδικά στο θέμα των γευμάτων του μωρού ήταν όλοι πολυ εξυπηρετικοί μαζί μας. Σας ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς για την υπέροχη διαμονή.
