quite central location depending of where you need to stay in Moscow

Everything was very nice. But hotel's room needs some renovation

Minimum travel necessities at great location.

I always stay in this hotel when in Moscow. Amazing location, very kind staff, good services. Highly recommended!

I arrived at the hotel at 9.30 am. Check in starts at 2 pm. The lady on the reception desk offered me to come back at 2 pm. Well I came back to the hotel at 1.20 pm, while I was waiting for the time in the armchair, other guests have arrived and were accommodated in the rooms. What a discrimination!
The trash can was full from the previous guests when I arrived. Probably the cleaning service forgot about it. Although the shower looked damaged, it was working. The breakfast was pretty good for such location in the center of Moscow.

Отличное расположение.Отсутствие звукоизоляции,стены как буд-то из картона,слышен каждый шорох в соседнем номере.Завтрак предлагается по системе а-ля карт,он достаточно скромный,шведского стола нет вообще.Персонал очень любезен.

Нормальный отель, в центре Москвы, чисто и уютно, хороший персонал, единственный минус слышимость

Un soggiorno di tre giorni per lavoro. Hotel molto piccolo, ma carino ed è in pieno centro di Mosca, a due passi dal teatro “Bolshoi”, la camera era a piano terra e appena aprivi la finestra, perché faceva molto caldo, c’era tanto rumore dalle macchine che passavano sotto le finestre. La camera pulita, e ha un servizio di tè o caffè, il bagno è grande con una bella doccia, ma meglio non farla perché il vetro della doccia è a metà e così quando vi fare la doccia tutta l’acqua esce fuori e dopo dovete asciugare il pavimento! La prima mattina era una domenica ( non so se è questa la causa e c’era tanta gente) e ho dovuto aspettare la colazione 45’!!! Dopo due lamentele e dopo 40’ d’attesa mi hanno portato un caffè! Le altre mattina era tutto a posto e ho fatto la colazione normalmente come in tutti gli Hotel del mondo, cioè tu arrivi e fai la tua colazione.

Sejour d’une nuit dans cet hôtel en plein centre ville. Belles chambres décorées avec goût. Peut être un peu bruyante car donnant sur la rue (mais la situation fait vite oublier ce désagrément)

Location, location, location! I was upgraded to a bigger room and it’s still was tiny)) I can only imagine the size of economy class room, probably the size of the closet😉
I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so it was ok for one person. Clean, friendly and close by to center city.

This was my first trip to Moscow so I don't have anything to compare. By UK standards this was a run-of-the-mill 3* hotel in the centre of Moscow. Location is amid all the brand shops, but a good 15 minute walk to the nearest subway. No problems with the Hotel. A bit dated, but it was clean, good internet, acceptable breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Went alone and on arrival got an upgrade to the room.

Hotel is a few minutes away from the red square and a stones throw away from restaurants.

This was my second time at the hotel. Would book at this hotel again if i ever go again to Moscow.

フロントのお姉さんやクリーナーの方はテキパキしていて好感持てました。
ただ部屋の壁がとても薄く、上階の方がトイレを流すと
まるでゲリラ豪雨かというような爆水音が頭上から聞こえ、
隣の部屋のおじさまの電話の話し声や毎日朝5時半に起きて見る
スポーツチャンネルの音声まで全て聞こえました。
なので自分が遅くに帰ってきてシャワー浴びてドライヤー使うのが
非常に申し訳なかったです。

Lovely rooms and we were upgraded for free with bottled water included which was a nice touch. The only downside was no lift although they offered help to get our bags to the third floor.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal Bolshoi e dalle vie pedonali con caffè e ristoranti. Camera ampia, ma, essendo un sottotetto, poco sfruttabile. Soprattutto il bagno era invivibile. Anche la mancanza dell'ascensore per un terzo piano non è il massimo. Personale alla reception disponibilissimo.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Der Kreml ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächste Metrostation ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Für den günstigen Preis bietet das Hotel alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Amazing location! Right in the centre with short walk to Red Square or the Bolshoi.

Lo mejor y muy destacable la ubicacion, muy cerca de Plaza Roja, Metro, Teatro. La habitacion con alfombra muy gastada, el resto bien. Desayuno muy pobre. No tiene ascensor (ya lo sabiamos). Es dificil identificar el hotel desde la calle, los carteles son pequeños y solo en cirilico.
