Das Hotel liegt wenige hundert Meter von der Innenstadt mit Markt, Restaurants etc. entfernt und besteht aus (19?) Bungalows, die geräumig, sauber und komplett ausgestattet sind. Highlight ist aber das Personal mit seiner großartigen Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft!
Zum Frühstück kann aus einer Liste von Speisen und Getränken ausgewählt werden. Auch für das Abendessen gibt es im hauseigenen Restaurant eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Für die selbständige Erkundung von Sambor Prei Kuk und der Umgebung haben wir über das Hotel einen Motorroller eines örtlichen Vermieters (Mr. K.) angemietet, den wir unter normalen Umständen sofort abgelehnt hätten (Bremsen mit extrem schlechter Funktion, Lenkkopflager ausgeschlagen etc.). Dafür kann das Hotel nichts und leider gibt es in Kampong Thom wohl nur wenige Vermieter. Wir haben den Manager trotzdem gebeten, "Mr. K." im Sinne der Sicherheit der Gäste darauf anzusprechen und empfehlen allen "Selbstfahrern", vor der Anmietung eines Rollers ein intaktes Fahrzeug anzufordern.

Très bel ensemble de bungalows dans un parc arboré près de la rivière dans un quartier calme. Le centre-ville à pied est assez proche. Grande piscine très agréable et très propre. Bon petit-déjeuner et bon restaurant.

Wir können uns allen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es war das Highlight unserer Kambodscha-Reise. Unglaublich freundliches Team, eine kleine Idylle mit wunderschönem Garten. Auch wir haben alle Abende dort gegessen, weil es so lecker war. Wir haben uns für je 10 USD pro Tag zwei Roller gemietet. Wenig Touristen in der Gegend, dadurch ein authentisches Kambodscha. Die alte Tempelstadt Sambor Prei Kuk ist sehr sehenswert, kaum Touristen.

Moskitonetz über dem Bett vorhanden, das war ebenfalls sehr gut und hilfreich.

Herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team für die tollen 3 Tage!

Great food! Great staff.
Pros:

Food was amazing - especially dinner. Probably the best we had in Cambodia. Staff were very helpful. Pool was lovely. A smaller town but that was cool.

Un lieu plein de charme
Pros:

C'est un endroit plein de charme que nous avons beaucoup aimé. Notre bungalow était spacieux avec une terrasse agréable. Le jardin est extrêmement bien entretenu avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Des vélos sont à disposition (pas d'une qualité exceptionnelle, ce point pourrait être amélioré). Il y a des balades à faire au départ de l'hôtel le long de la rivière, le soir la lumière est magnifique. L'accueil de la propriétaire et des employés est chaleureux. Tout le monde nous a aidés pour l'organisation de la suite de notre voyage et pour la visite des temples de Sambor. La petite ville est à 10-15 mn à pied. Bon petit déjeuner et bon restaurant. La piscine est particulièrement agréable pour passer un moment l'après-midi quand il fait chaud. C'est une bonne adresse.

Petit hôtel charmant pour une escale de visite de l'insolite site de Prei Kuk

L'ambiance familiale de l'hôtel, l'accueil et les propriétaires sympathiques et serviables, le restaurant en hauteur et tout en bois.

Cons:

La ville en elle-même, mais qui est un point d'arrêt intéressant si on veut visiter le magnifique site de Prei Kuk.

Malheureusement, la voiture d’un client n’a pas arrêté de klaxonner la nuit et le lendemain le personnel n’a spontanément rien dit. Je pense que même si ils n’y étaient pour rien, ils auraient dû dire quelque chose.
