Dåligt mottagande i receptionen - fanns inte på plats vid utlovade tider. Störande ljud på rummet från något system till bubbelpool??

Fräscht rum. Vacker miljö. Tyvärr högt buller från värmepanna eller reningsverk som jag vaknade av ett flertal gånger.
Tvn på rummet var inte överens med uppkopplingen utan laggade och saknade sändning ett antal gånger under vistelsen.

Underbart hotel, logen fantastisk som hade en skön inramning av känslan av att vara i naturen. Härlig pol och bastu. Mindre bra var golvet i rummet som knakade nå så otroligt mycket, dåligt hantverk troligt. Varmt som tusan i rummet, mat o dryck i "lite" dyraste laget.

Fint trevligt hotell. Mycket bra städning. Väldigt kall luft från ventilationen som ger kallt drag gör det mycket kallt på rummet. Ingen golvvärme i badrum. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Fantastisk miljö, härlig skidåkning. Underbara sängar. Fantastisk frukost och miljö med vinterträdgården. Goda viner. Tyvärr var varmrätterna inte bra. Fisken torr och lammet torrt och segt.

Vinterträdgården är jättefin. Fantastisk god frukostbuffé och tre rätters middagen var i toppklass.

Pros:

Väldigt trevligt hotell som har allt man behöver. Fantastiskt mysig vinterträdgård. Sköna sängar, bra frukost och numera också värme i poolen. Det jag saknar är pjäxrum och nya dörrar till rummen (nuvarande lite lyhörda).

Överlag en fin vistelse men deras 3-rätters var inte alls bra nu, varken förrätt, huvudrätter eller efterrätt levde upp till förväntningarna. Helt annan standard nu jämfört med några år sen… Här behöver dom hitta tillbaka, göra förändring.
Frukost mycket bättre. Hotellet i övrigt mysigt o trevligt!
