Wow, un incontournable!
Pros:

Cette établissement était très propre. Il est près d’une école culinaire et d’un temple. Le déjeuner n’était pas inclu, mais l’établissement fournissait tout de même des rôties. L’hôte était avenante, elle nous a donné toutes les indications concernant les activités à proximité et nous a organisé nos activités.

The management staff lacked customer service, is not cleared with communicating and will gossip

The location-close to Saturday night walking market. The room was clean and the kids loved the bunk bed.

Cons:

The bed was hard, no TV provided, and management was lacking in customer service skills. My wife spoke Thai, we requested for a TV (which should have already been provided) but received a respond of "it's only local channels", we didn't receive it until day 3. When we asked to use the lobby phone to book Thai Lanna show (as the room phone only works for contacting the front desk), management made the phone call instead. We were booked 3x the price as listed on the site. This was not clearly communicated with us and we were treated as if it was inconvenient to request for an explanation. The owner spoke poorly of guests while sitting in the breakfast area (provided only with toasts and coffee). We were sitting nearby and heard the whole conversation, which made us feel uneasy to hear management gossiping infront of other guests. Our young child was sitting on the swing in the pool area around 8 am, but only to be scolded by one of the onsite manager (or owner) for making too much noise. We did not feel welcome as a guest here although we paid a high amount of money for this 3 stars hotel.

Excellent choix!
Pros:

Séjour en famille. Bel hôtel confortable très bien placé. Vue superbe. Très belles chambres familiales. Service de buanderie efficace et très abordable. Très belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas proposé et pourtant ils offrent gratuitement thé café fruits et toast. Le personnel est très aidant et professionnel!

Wow! Amazing location with peace and quiet
Pros:

I stayed about a month. It's in a great location, an easy two block walk from the ancient city but located in a quiet and peaceful residential area. It's very family friendly with large family suites to rent. But never fear solo travelers, the pool closes at 8pm and the rest of the night is so peaceful. EXCELLENT SERVICE! The manager even loaned me a sun umbrella for my stay. Everyone very friendly, housekeeping did an excellent job, my room was spotless upon arrival. Larger than expected rooms, large bath, balcony with seating overlooking the pool. 10/10, I will return in November for 3 months and stay here!

Staff were very helpful (respected Jewish laws); elevator; really nice pool and pool area (shaded); basic breakfast for free which was great; balcony area and really big room; huge bed. Big fridge with a big water bottle every day
