Excellent breakfast, poor beds and pillows
Pros:

I will start with the positives: the room was very clean, we really liked the style and decor of the room with the industrial lamps, and the highlight was for me really the breakfast, the pastries were divine, the fruit smoothies were incredible, and the dominance of lactose-free product was an absolute winner for me, so every morning I was truly looking forward to breakfast! I should also mention that the atmosphere in the breakfast salon was super nice. Perhaps the only feedback I have on breakfast would be to offer more fresh fruit as it is very dominated by melon.

Cons:

Now the bad points, starting from the most important one: the pillows are very, very uncomfortable, and I slept very badly for the entire stay. The pillows are those that go completely flat when you are on it, it’s like having no pillow at all. I asked and was given a firmer pillow, which was a very small, orthopaedic pillow that ended up being even worse than the pillows. The mattresses are also quite unusual, very thin, like mattress toppers on top of a base, and I found them not supportive enough. Another negative aspect for me is the bathroom, it is definitely not a bathroom of a 5 star hotel! Small, cramped, there is no shower cabin but a bathtub with the glass, and the bathtub itself is quite slippery. The lack of a heater in the bathroom is also something that I did not find very nice. Lastly, what is complimentary and what is not in the room is not super obvious and they should be more clear about it. We took away the bags of candies as they were on show on the furniture, and they were not in the drawer with all the snacks, so we assumed those are free whereas the snacks are not. The hotel charged us for the candies in the end, and a non-negligible amount, which I find a bit silly. The snacks are in a drawer that is right above the fridge and they receive all the heat coming from it so I would recommend not to keep them so close to a source of heat.

Pros:

Läget var helt underbart bra. Servicen var supernice också, alla i personalen så himla trevliga. Så fina och fräscha rum, och superbekväma sängar.

Cons:

Kuddarna var lite väl mjuka men kanske bara är en personlig preferens. Annars inget att klaga på alls.
