感謝提供房間升級，空間環境都不錯
隔音太差，外面房間關門聲音很大，隔壁小孩大人說話聲，叫聲聽的很清楚，樓上跑步聲也不小
房間內設施皆很好床好睡浴室有乾濕分離和馬桶自動冲冼座很好用，咖啡包茶包點心和飲料皆很充足很棒一樓有spa池及宵夜點心提供非常不錯的住宿體驗°
住宿二晚早餐餐廳蒼蠅亂飛嚴重影響用餐＇實在覺得不可思議這麼大品牌的飯店竟克服不了，我支持國旅也愛娜魯灣希望下次再來時能有改善。
早餐素食的也不少選擇 很棒

停車位太少了 還有蚊子超多
從地下室拿行李到上去房間
就被叮了好幾包
櫃檯人員感覺不大專業
點心吧晚上67點已經所剩無幾
小孩很失望

餐廳蒼蠅太多，會讓人食慾低落
