Rummet var utrustat för en person, inte två. Vi fick hämta själva i receptionen villket gav ett dåligt intryck. När vi äter på restaurangen säger de plötsligt att vi endast har 15 min på oss att äta upp maten och dricka upp vinet för att de behöver vårt bord till gäster. Totalt får vi en timme på oss att äta och dricka upp vinet trots att vi bokat bord i förväg. Om restaurangen har så korta sittningar måste de meddela gästen om detta i förväg tycker jag. Detta blir sämst betyg

Över förväntan för Västerås, men "oexklusivt"
Pros:

Otrolig kärlek till detaljerna i inredningen. Väldigt mysig lobby och kul med aktiviteter "mitt i hotellet", utan att det störde men inte heller undangömt någonstans (shuffle board, pingis etc). Mycket trevlig personal och fina rum!

Cons:

Mycket folk tog bort en stor del av exklusivitets-känslan. Frukosten var överfull, lång kö till incheckning och det intilliggande badet otroligt fult (och fullt) vilket gjorde att det sammanlagda intrycket blev o-klassigt.
