フロントスタッフが天使
Pros:

翌日から阿里山に行く予定でしたが、なぜかファミマでバスの予約ができず、フロントのスタッフさんに相談したところ森林鉄道の空席を見つけていただきました。
森林鉄道は発売から毎日検索しても満席で諦めていたので、まさかこのタイミングで空席が出ているとは思いませんでした。これも該当スタッフさんが親身になって検索してくださった結果だと思います。
ビルの一部がホテルになっていますがルームキーをかざさないとホテルに入れないことになっていて安全だと感じました。

Cons:

シャワーの水捌けが悪かったり洗面所の蛇口が壊れていたりと使いにくい面がありました。

地點非常好，周圍的生活機能都超好，旁邊就是全聯，騎Ubike去文化夜市也很快，停車買券一天100元，床很好睡、洗澡熱水很強

配合的早餐店紅帽子不乾淨，吃完後腹痛腹瀉無力，醫生診斷為食物不乾淨造成，希望別再讓房客去吃，整天行程失去動力，旅遊中唯一缺憾

Pros:

The room and bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing! We liked the breakfast vouchers, the restaurant where you can use them had lots of choices and the people who ran it had some English and were really lovely. Within walking distance of Chiayi train station (about 10 minutes) but note it would be a bit tricky to do with large luggage as lots of motorbikes block the pathways along the roads.

Cons:

My sons didn't like it that the bathroom had only slightly frosted glass or even windows to the rest of the room! Thankfully the room with the windows had blinds for privacy.

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location. Within 10 minutes walk to the Chiayi train station. For those using HSR, the shuttle bus also stops within a couple of minutes walk to the hotel.

Lots of convenience stores around - which was also great.

The hotel room was reasonably priced, and clean.
