樓下有全聯，停車也很方便，位置離夜市跟市區都不遠洗澡水量超大又熱很舒服，床跟枕頭都很好睡，最棒的是寵物友善，去嘉義的第一首選

此次入住體驗感受不好，主要是因為空調設備與店家的應對態度。
一進房間就發現冷氣遙控器顯示沒電，當下即時向店家反應，店家卻回應「顯示沒電但遙控器可以使用」，講話態度非常酸。話說回來，這明明就是換個電池就能解決的小事，為什麼不直接處理好？沒想到房間內的冷氣隨後又明顯不夠涼且空氣悶熱，向店家反映後，店家親自來看，竟然荒謬地表示「她自己覺得涼」，完全無視客人的真實感受與訴求。隨後店家僅隨便拿遙控器將風速轉強就離開，冷氣後來雖然有比較涼，但冷氣要如何調整本來就只有店家最清楚，實在沒必要冷言冷語的；不講這句話還不會那麼扣分。
身為消費者，客人的舒適度與真實感受才是重點，這跟店家「個人覺得涼不涼」一點關係都沒有！這種敷衍塞責、缺乏同理心的服務態度讓人感覺非常差，當下完全破壞了住宿心情。
雖然它確實是寵物友善、房價也算普通，但住宿業賣的不僅僅是一張床，服務品質才是核心。另外，櫃檯服務時間寫僅到晚上10點至隔日早上8點，萬一突發冷氣問題 ，讓人不禁擔憂：如果半夜冷氣突然完全無法使用或發生其他緊急狀況，房客到底該找誰協助？整體管理與應變讓人不太安心。

浴室乾濕分離，水壓很夠，水溫穩定。休息區小餅乾和茶包種類多。工作人員都很親切。地點離火車站及福義軒成功店很近，走路都可以輕鬆到。

Pros:

這次入住的是和式四人房，很開心能找到很自在帶寵物入住的地方。攜帶寵物入住時需先支付1000元的押金，這也提醒了我們在入住時需要遵守規則，我覺得蠻好的。
房間大小適合，清潔度也ok，但需要注意房間角落仍不免有疏忽。隔音尚可，但若有其他旅客在走廊上拖行李，及早上打掃的情況，聲音蠻明顯，如果家裡的寵物較敏感易被打擾。

A comfortable home away from home for our first visit to Chiayi
Pros:

The location is quite interesting, on the 2nd floor of what looks like an office building. It is some walking distance from the train station but still near many eateries and a supermarket just downstairs. I love that there is a tie-up for breakfast with different eateries around the hotel so that we can have a choice each morning. The staff are friendly and nice and they help us to store our suitcases while we went for our 3 day trip in Alishan. The room is quite even though we are just next to the reception counter. There is a hot and cold water dispenser together with little snacks and drink sachets laid out and available 24-7. Very clean too! Will definitely recommend to others.
