Pros:

Siamo arrivati in questo hotel prenotando all’ultimo e ci hanno accolti con il sorriso.
Ci hanno fatto scegliere la stanza fra due disponibili.
Camera buona.
Si trova davanti al lago quindi comoda per ogni spostamento. Vicino al tempio del dente del budda.
Consigliato se volete vistare kandy.
Colazione buona e ben servita.

Absolutely fantastic - will be recommending to family and friends
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic experience. Stayed for 1 night with my family for my mums 60th birthday and we had gorgeous, spacious rooms with beautiful views of the lake. The staff were so helpful and attentive. When I told them about the special occasion we were staying for, they arranged a birthday cake and balloons which made my mums day! They also put some towel decorations on the bed for my brother & girlfriend's recent engagement. It was a lovely touch that made this stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend to others and would revisit this property again if I came to Sri Lanka.

Cons:

It's on a main road so it's pretty loud, a lot of beeping, but most of us wore earplugs so it was okay

Great stay by Kandy lake
Pros:

Everything! Wonderful spacious room, amazing breakfast, and incredibly friendly staff. The location was also great, just a 10 minute walk to the main bit of town, but quiet and right and by the lake.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour explorer la ville
Pros:

La proximité du lac, du temple de la dent, des spectacles de danses et même du centre ville à pieds.
Le personnel, souriant, et aux petits soins.
Le réceptionniste est intervenu pour s’assurer que je n’ai pas de problème avec les chauffeurs de tuktuk qui un jour m’ont attendu devant l’hôtel (basse saison)

Great Birthday location and close to the main attractions
Pros:

We were upgraded to a suite which overlooked the lake. All the staff were friendly, amazing and helpful.
Bed was comfy, pillows were perfect and the shower was great.

The quality of the breakfast needs to be improved. Watterbottles of the room looked very used, wasn’t sure if it’s safe to drink. Doors and bathroom have a lot of sign of usage.

Goed door reis hotel
Pros:

Vriendelijk mensen. Zeer ruime kamer. Comfortabel bed. Heel dicht bij de Tempel van de tand. Grote regendouche afgeschermd van de rest van de badkamer met glas. Leuk door reis hotel.

Cons:

De airco is wat ouder waardoor hij wat lawaai maakte. Hadden geen warm water bij het douchen. Hebben er wel 1 nacht geslapen.
