Please notice whenever a reservation is made for
• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,

this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.
All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodations will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.
Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the studio, this includes cleaning of the apartment, bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the aparthotel. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Central ventilation (the one you can’t turn off) can be a bit too loud.

La distance est mensongère dans leur publication avec véhicule ça nous a pris plus d'une demi heure pour aller au centre avec le métro ça nous prend aussi une demi ,a la réception nous devons payer 150 euro je ne reste pas dans un palace de 5 étoiles pour vous paye ça ??et en plus de ça le payement se fait par carte chose que j'utilise pas lors de mes voyages
Nice size, clean & everything we needed on arrival. Really well set up with an online info page which addressed every question you could have from setting up the sofa bed to using the microwave etc. Sauna and gym a huge plus for a long stay x Ordered online from the restaurant after a busy day out and it was delivered to the room & the food was great. Perfect WiFi also as I had to work on one day 👍🏻 Good transport links once you get the hang of it and staff couldn’t be more helpful & friendly 5*****

Very close to the public transit tram. So easy to get into the tourist part of town. Comfy room, very nice breakfast options, extremely friendly and supportive staff. Really smart storage options.
Really nice apartment type accommodations. Perfect for a longer stay.
Took a few minutes to figure out the Murphy bed but I got there eventually!
The room is big, the bed is comfortable and it’s generally quiet. The tram is 3 min away from the hotel. By car it’s 15 min from Schipol.
The couch is not great.
