Convenient Location: Overlooking the Amsterdam Forest, our hotel is located in a green area in Amstelveen, with easy access to Amsterdam city center by public transportation in just 25 minutes. Guests can also explore the surroundings with Cityden bikes.

Great Facilities: Enjoy dining at Lucia's restaurant on the 6th floor, followed by relaxing on the spacious roof terrace. The nearby Amsterdam Forest provides opportunities for outdoor activities like jogging, cycling, and rowing.

The credit card which was used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly.
Please notice whenever a reservation is made for
• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,
• booking value from € 4,000
this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodations will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the studio, this includes cleaning of the apartment, bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the aparthotel. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Bom custo-beneficio mesmo com distancia do centro
Pros:

Custo-beneficio bom considerando Amsterdam, apesar da distancia do centro, há um ponto de tram ao lado do hotel. Quarto limpo, cama confortavel, amenidades e um banheiro excelente. Atendimento excelente tbm na recepção. Bairro muito silencioso e tranquilo.

Cons:

Nada a declarar, tudo otimo. É uma pena não haver opções do genero no centro de amsterdam

Exceptional Stay, Convenient place for family and friend

My leisure stay with Cityden Zuidas is exceptionally great!

On King’s day, we arrived at the hotel earlier than check in time but receptionist try their best to make the room available for us.After get in to the room, I found it really well organized and fully furnished, the property provided kitchen in the room which suitable for cooking lover❤️ comfy bed, proper room layout, minimal decoration but everything is well functional. Extra pillow & blanket are ready to serve in the room.

Receptionist staff are teenage with high spirit and service mind.One day in the morning I just wake up and wearing pajamas, I contact reception to request for more coffee capsule and the staff give fresh welcome smiled to me and compliment my pajamas🙂

I love everything about this aparthotel Cityden Zuidas🥰 definitely visit again!

Cons:

The room a bit dark because of less light bulb but I’m OK.
