Convenient Location: Overlooking the Amsterdam Forest, our hotel is located in a green area in Amstelveen, with easy access to Amsterdam city center by public transportation in just 25 minutes. Guests can also explore the surroundings with Cityden bikes.

Great Facilities: Enjoy dining at Lucia's restaurant on the 6th floor, followed by relaxing on the spacious roof terrace. The nearby Amsterdam Forest provides opportunities for outdoor activities like jogging, cycling, and rowing.

The credit card which was used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly.
Please notice whenever a reservation is made for
• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,
• booking value from € 4,000
this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodations will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation.

Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the studio, this includes cleaning of the apartment, bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the aparthotel. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Bra läge för att ligga utanför.
Pros:

Trevlig litet rum/lägenhet. Bra med diskmaskin. Plus att det gick att vända på tv:n.
Nära spårvagnen som tar en in till city på ca 20 min.

Cons:

Inte något roligt område men vill man bara vara inne i Amsterdam så du ler det toppen.

Pros:

Tutto bene, appartamento confortevole, un pó piccolo ma piacevole, cucina proprio con l'essenziale per 4 persone, qualche pecca come divano letto un pó sfatto, posizione esterna alla città bella naturalistica e tranquilla, ma fermata del tram a 100 m (si paga il viaggio semplicemente strisciando carta di credito o debito all'entrata ed uscita e del mezzo) che ti porta in zona musei in 15-20 min. Consigliabile per famiglie.

Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Zimmer.

Cons:

Es war 8/10 sauber, wenn man detailliert in die Ecken und Kanten geschaut hat - hatte aber keinen riesigen Einfluss auf das Wohlbefinden.

Lentokoneiden melu alkoi klo 7.00 joka aamu paitsi sunnuntaisin.
Aamupalakuvio on erikoinen. Kaikki piti tilata listalta ja valikoima todella suppea ja vain muutaman tuotteen sain tilata…. Erikoista. Tästä pitäisi olla mainita varauksen yhteydessä.

Buon livello ma forse troppo caro per la zona
Pros:

Struttura nuova, in una zona un pò desolata a circa 25/30 di tram dal centro. L'appartamento Studio XL era abbastanza comodo per una famiglia di 4 persone. Erano presenti tutti gli accessori per il bagno e la cucina

L'appartamento puzzava un pò di fumo e la pulizia poteva essere più accurata per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Offrono la colazione ma il prezzo a persona di 19.50 € mi è sembrato esagerato, soprattutto per una famiglia. Nel complesso tutto un pò troppo caro per la zona.

Pros:

XLルームを利用しましたが　部屋も狭くなくキッチンも良かったです。サウナやジムがあるのも良い点です。
トラムへのアクセスも良好です。

Cons:

冷房が強かった！駐車場は1日17€しました。

Good stay
Pros:

Good quiet area, a bit far from the city center but easy to reach by tram, there's a station in 200 metres. The room is spacious, well equipped for two people. The bed is rather uncomfortably placed (see the hotel photos). Open parking area behind the hotel, but you have to get through the Ibis hotel which is right next to Cityden, you pay the ticket to the Cityden hotel and you validate it at the Ibis hotel to get out of the parking. 150 euros must be paid as a deposit for damages that may have occurred during the stay.
