Convenient Location: Overlooking the Amsterdam Forest, our hotel is located in a green area in Amstelveen, with easy access to Amsterdam city center by public transportation in just 25 minutes. Guests can also explore the surroundings with Cityden bikes.

Great Facilities: Enjoy dining at Lucia's restaurant on the 6th floor, followed by relaxing on the spacious roof terrace. The nearby Amsterdam Forest provides opportunities for outdoor activities like jogging, cycling, and rowing.

The credit card which was used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly.
Please notice whenever a reservation is made for
• 8 or more rooms per night,
• 16 or more people per night,

Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the studio, this includes cleaning of the apartment, bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the aparthotel. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Pros:

Зупинялися в цьому апарт-готелі й залишилися дуже задоволені. Апартаменти сучасні та добре обладнані - є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Особливо сподобалися затишна атмосфера, зручне розташування та уважне ставлення персоналу, їх готовність допомогти!

Cons:

Під час відвідування ресторану склалося враження, що персонал недостатньо добре орієнтується в асортименті напоїв і не завжди може надати вичерпну консультацію гостям та зробити саме те, що заявлено у меню! Також хотілося б бачити більш сучасний підхід до сервісу, більше ініціативності та уваги до потреб відвідувачів. Але, на ранкових сніданках хостес була дуже приємна!

A great stay and perfect location!
Pros:

This location was perfect! Very close to transit, and it was just 20ish minutes on a single tram to the city-centre of Amsterdam. Staff were very friendly, and our room had lots of space. We picked up some food from the on-site restaurant and it was very good and well-priced.

Cons:

Everything was perfect, except the bathroom did have a slight musty smell. It may have been a combination of hard water and the drains needing a good clean. Otherwise, the bathroom was very spacious, bright, and clean. The smell wasn't too much to deal with though as we were able to keep the bathroom door closed when not in use.

Die Lage, Die Park plätze, Das kostenlose Sauna und Sportraum, Das schön und gemütlich ausgerichtete komfortable Zimmer, Die verfügbare vielen und saubaren Handtüchern. Das Hotel-Zimmern sind lärm geschützt.

Cons:

Vor allem das Zimmer suaberkeit ist sehr schlecht. Überall liegen staub, der Boden ist verstaubt. Wir mögen flache Kissen, es sind aber nur dicke Kissen vorhanden. Im Zimmer gibt es keine Hotel-Amenities, keine Hotelslippers
