The credit card which was used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly.
Please notice whenever a reservation is made for

Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the studio, this includes cleaning of the apartment, bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms located on each floor of the aparthotel. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Accogliente pulito personale gentilissimo
The Studio XL was beautiful and modern and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, a tram station is located approximately 5min walk away. Breakfast was great (although I would have liked more options - but what was offered was of great quality). The gym was also good and very clean. The hotel has even a small shop on site.
I found the restaurant prices a bit too expensive. Other than that I was happy.

Bathroom was clean and fairly new. No hair conditioner.
Beds were comfortable, we wanted an extra blanket, and they brought one.
There was a dishwasher, and they provided some supplies, which is good. We were able to cook last night. There is a fridge as well.
The location is really nice, and we were able to park our car in front of the hotel (street parking). There is plenty of space to park around, so I do not find it logical to buy a parking space from the hotel. The tram station is within walking distance, and you can go directly to the Museumplein without any transfer.
The restaurant and the breakfast were super nice. The space is cozy, and breakfast is fresh, ready at 7 AM, and all you need is there for you.
Room was good, but not super clean. We were not able to walk in the room without shoes because of the dust on the floor.
On the first day, they changed our towels, but on the second day, although I hung the notification on the door, they did not change them. There is no possibility to hang your towels to dry in the bathroom, so we put them on chairs, which I really do not prefer.
Whose idea is to put a halogen lamp over the bed? It never fully dims, so it glowed all night in our eyes as we tried to sleep in the box bed.
Modern and clean with everything you need to cook / cater for yourself. Very quite location but note aircraft do start going overhead at about 6am. Close to tram direct into town taking 15 / 20 minutes. Good restaurant on the roof with views of modern Amsterdam.

Electric charging did not work for UK sims and parking is not included in the price.
Camera ampia per tre persone, completa di tutto per potersi fare da mangiare, a due passi c’è il tram che ti porta al centro è vicino alla metro.
Non c’è parcheggio, devi prenotare un posto( ce ne sono solo 5) e costa 18 euro al giorno e non garantisce sicurezza.
Emplacement pratique à 1/2 heure du centre en tram. Les agents d'accueil sont sympathiques et disponibles. Des couverts, assiettes, verres sont à notre disposition ainsi qu'une machine Nespresso et une bouilloire.
Malgré le passage d'avions dans le couloir aérien, la chambre est assez calme et confortable.
Manque juste de petites tablettes au-dessus du lit pour poser des affaires et de prises de courant ailleurs que dans la cuisine
Plusieurs lignes de tram à 5mns de l'établissement pour rejoindre le centre ville d'Amsterdam en 20mns.
Personnel très orienté "service clients". De la réception aux équipes de propreté, le personnel est très à l'écoute.
La vue immonde sur une friche industrielle abandonnée.
1 assiette, 1 cuillère, 1 couteau, une fourchette par personne ! Clairement insuffisant. A 2, ou on lave en permanence de la vaisselle à la main, ou on fait fonctionner le lave-vaisselle au trois-quarts vide ! Ni écologique, ni économique !
