- Location was very good, there’s a big shopping mall very close and tram and subway station nearby.
- Interier of the hotel was okay.
- There was an AC in our room, although it was very old and VERY loud.
We arrived in the reception opening hours - we even let the hotel know in the form they sent us our arriving time. The reception was supposed to be open from 14:30, at least that’s how they had it written on the door. We arrived around 15:30, and it was closed with no one inside. We had to check in into a different hotel which is like a 5-10 minute walk - with very big and heavy suitcases, in 38°C heat. So the back and forth walk and check in took us more than half an hour, once again, in TERRIBLE heat, even though the reception should’ve been opened.
When we arrived into our hotel room, the sink was completely clogged and the water didn’t drain. This was fortunately fixed later, but we were still one whole day with clogged sink. It’s not that big of a deal but it shouldn’t be happening in the first place.
At night, the heat in our room was unbearable.. I kept waking up every half an hour because I couldn’t sleep. We had an AC in our room, but it was extremely old and loud. It was very hard to fall asleep with it running. Opening the windows didn’t help as well because of the heatwave. It was a terrible experience.
Last day we found ants in our empty cup on a nightstand. We don’t know if they crawled in through the opened windows, or if they were already there, but there was like 20-30 of them. In my opinion, this hotel is not worth your money, at least in the summer heatwaves.

the check in is in another hotel with no proper smoking area the cleaning staff more than once put dirty towels i dont recommend no one in the hotel at all if you need something you need to walk more than 10 minutes to another hotel
Location was excellent to travel to old/new city by Tram/Train!
Top floor room height was too low.
