Roll up blind in room did not work so could not get sunlight or natural light in the room.

Room was not as clean as other Hampton Inn’s I’ve been too. There was hair in the bathroom, shower, couches and bed. End table surfaces felt sticky. Parking is not convenient at all. You either pay daily for city parking or pay valet parking. I was surprised to find that this hotel did not have designated parking spaces. The valet attendants were very nice, always got my car in a timely manner. Ron, the valet attendant was very nice. Also no amenities for dogs. No designated areas for pets. Front office staff did not provide any welcome kits for pets staying. I’ve stayed at other Hampton hotels and they always gave treats, door hanger and poop bags for your pet.
Ron was our valet, and he was kind, cautious, and quick each time. Thank you to the entire staff.

The air conditioning sounded like a motorcycle was driving through our room every time it came on. Awful!!!!

Ron in valet was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, his great personality stood out, friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind. He provided A+ service, handling everything quickly and professionally while making us feel taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a positive attitude.
Great location, staff and valet service was really helpful on all cylinders.
