The staff at the reception were quite rude.
Kept asking for all these different documents which are not required and seemed to discriminate against us because we are foreign.
Every time we provided a document they would think of something else really trivial to try and catch us out.
Much better hotels in Guangzhou

The bachelor service apartment is nice and clean ,just that there are different motels on different floor

飯店一進去煙味超重得比，不吸煙的人，不要訂這間啊，因為飯店沒有區分無煙房，優點是飯店下面就是地鐵，交通方便

北京路や駅にも近く便利です。ホテルの下が商業施設となっているため交差点に面している出入り口（商業施設の出入り口）から入ると、受付まで辿り着つけない事はありませんが、案内はありませんので非常にわかりづらいです。宿泊者用の受付がある出入り口は、通りから４０ー５０m入った建物東側に別にあります。洗濯機やキッチンなどが付いており、洗濯もできて便利でした。（洗濯物を干すところはありませんので、もし長期滞在の場合は、なにか自分で準備が必要です）部屋の清潔さはそれなりですが、不快に感じることはありませんでした。３１階からおそらく眺めは良いのでしょうが、空気がそれほど綺麗ではないので遠くまでは見渡せないのが残念です。コンビニや食事をする場所も近いので便利でした。

安くてアクセスもよく、ちょうどよいです

Location is the best feature, room size very huge considerably, clean, friendly staff, but lobby very busy with no seating, elevators very busy

Is near sub-way and shopping, many eateries around

交通方便，樓下有地鐵，可穿梭各熱點。
鄰近大型商場，食肆林立，周圍有很多觀光熱點，如: 人民公園、北京路步行街。另外又可以乘搭觀光車，漫遊賡洲名勝...。
房間整潔舒適，整體滿意，嚟廣州會首選逸米米公寓。

樓下多食肆，鄰近地鐵，附近有很多景點打卡。

Overall stay was pleasant. However, location was different from stated address. Took us some time to locate the building. It should be properly stated as inside 捷登都会 building. Otherwise overall stay was decent.

交通方便 (近公園前地鐵站)，
商場林立 (樓下便是大型商場，隔籬有五月花廣場、附近有北京路)，
美食繁多 (酒樓、西餐廳、茶店、越式,,,)

Location is good with connected walkway to MTR but no proper signage. Apartment entrance is behind the shopping mall so for 1st timer, you need to keep asking to get your way around. Shops and eateries are within walking distant. 5 mins walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. Room is big and clean with all basic provisions. Staff do not know what is nearby and what can recommend to travellers, you have to do your homework and depend on yourself. Don’t ask them anything cos they will give you a standard reply: I don’t know or I have no idea. Overall: Good, meet my needs, will stay or recommend if anyone visit Guangzhou.

Avoid this place unless you have no other options. It is old, dirty, under some sort of contruction (but not in an improvement sense) but cheap.

Issues:
- My room door did not close properly. If I did not slam it or force it closed the door would never shut. I found this out the first night after checking in when I could hear people in the hallway, only to discover the door never closed when I came into the room.
- The door lock on my door would only take the room keys (which have the rooms stated on them and you can only have 1 key per room) every now and then. I would have to stand at my door for 2-3 mins each time and attempt to open the door 20 times.
- ROACHES!!!! My first room had nats, second room roaches, 3rd room was clean. I was with my team and some of their rooms had roaches as well. The hotel stated they would take care of it, which ended up being them using bug spray; bugs came back the next day.
- elevators are horrifically slow
- Rooms are just not cleaned properly. There was dust and mold in places in the room so you can never get fully comfortable.

Positives:
- COST effective
- Location
- Washing Machine (no dryer/drying line)

Preference concerns:
- Bed was rock hard firm
- Cleaning staff ignores all do not disturb signs and comes into your room daily. No matter what I did they came in to "clean the room", which meant moving all of the stuff around daily. Talked to the front desk and that didn't change anything.

The front desk was un-friendly, calls to front desk were not answered 50% of time.

House keeping was average, floor not clean, no change bed sheet for 6 nights.

Friendly front desk staff, near to metro station and convienient walk to Beijing road 👍

Hotel reception was inefficient and unpolite. Hotel only would provide one room key to 2 guests and was told it's their POLICY. Room wall paper was torn. Shower was disgusting smelled bad. Toilet rolls didn't get top up at housekeeping. Hammer noise was very loud in the afternoon. This is the hotel i regret to book
