Тепло ,комфортно. Посудой кроме как для чая не пользовалась, вода в кулере плохая мне кажется из водопровода с запахом и вкус не понятно чего. Воду нужно покупать для использования. 2 --- или 3 дня был запах табака ( может курили в соседнем номере).Стол для приема пищи ---- все нормально, но клеенчатая скатерть не очень соответствует.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans un appartement Oksana. Le côté positif est la localisation, sur la perspective Nevsky au coeur de Saint Pétersbourg. En revanche, l'immeuble était en travaux lors de notre séjour, ce qui ne nous avait pas été précisé préalablement. Pour cette raison, il n'était pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres et donc d'aerer l'appartement. L'équipement global était soit vieillot (ex: moquette odorante, literie usagee...) soit insuffisant (ex: à peine un couvert par personne , l'appartement étant conçu pour 2 personnes, uniquement des petites assiettes...). Il y avait également de fortes odeurs d'égout dans la cage d'escalier.

The building is the only one in all Nevsky Prospekt that is under reconstruction and is completely covered by scaffoldings. First inconvenient is that it is impossible to use and open the windows. Second inconvenience is that there are men at work in the building and rhis let us not feel safe Last comment is on the condition of the entrance of the building that are absolutely not in line with the street and with expedia standard I’ll send pictures to expedia
If I knew about those conditions I’d look for another appartment.

Location is good with shops and restaurants nearby, easy access to major sight-seeing points.
The building is very old both inside and outside. The building is not shown. We cannot open windows and curtains due to major renovation outside. Inside furnitures and equipments are worn out.

The building is undergoing major renovation - should have been advised in advance.
Check in location is not the same as the apartment address, the address was never informed to us. Wasted 2 hours looking for the office and then checking in - never experienced a longer check in before

아파트먼트 건물 내에는 안내데스크가 없고 사무실이 멀리 떨어져 있으며, 사무실에도 24시간 직원이 상주하지 않아 체크인, 체크아웃, 기타 서비스 이용 시 매우 불편합니다.

머무른 객실에는 샤워부스 배수가 잘 안되었고, 헤어드라이어는 고장나 사용할 수 없는 상태여서 저렴하기는 하나, 객실 관리 상태 및 서비스는 전반적으로 불만족 스러웠습니다.

다만 위치는 네브스키 대로 중심가에 위치하여 편리합니다.

저예산으로 상트페테르부르크의 시내 중심가에 머무르기를 원하시는 분들은 이용할 만하지만,
편안한 시설, 편리한 숙박 서비스를 기대하시는 분들에게는 결코 추천하지 않습니다.

everything was good but I would only give 60% for the arrangement due to their lateness for us to pick up the luggage at the last day when we check out. Indeed, we agreed to pick up the luggage at 18:45 at their office however it was locked door and nobody inside. At last, they sent the staff for us after 45mins it turned us rush airport to catch 21:00 flight. Moreover, there is no housekeeping everyday and they have to send staff around an hour to walk though your apartment if you want extra supplements for example: toilet rolls, towels etc. It was not convenient. I think they have to consider about time management !

Helpful officers with quick response. Try to facilitate since check-in until check out. The apartment near restaurants and shops.

Расположение очень хорошее. Заселили раньше на 2 часа без вопросов. Хороший матрас. На этом плюсы заканчиваются. Номер видавший виды - сильно поюзаный и требующий ремонта. Кровать если двигаться скрипит жутко, впрочем если не шевелится, то норм . Легкий бриз от окна создавал ощущения близости моря.....Лаптевых, к сожалению....постоянно оглядывался в ожидании пингвинов. В следующею поездку буду искать другие варианты.
