チェックインは時間がかかる（スタッフの問題）、英語殆ど話せない、冷蔵庫なし、コーヒーなし、室内の金庫は持ち運べるので意味がない、隣の話声はよく聞こえる、朝食はまずい、エレベーターは遅い、いいところを探すのが難しい。

Really enjoyed my stay and wish I had stayed at the this place a few months earlier when I had also come to Panyu. The hotel is near everything ... Food.. trains.. shopping .. and the factories which I was here to visit. One of the main features they promote is the comfort of their beds, with funny videos on repeat in the elevators (couldn't understand them but it was clear what they are about)... And they aren't lying. Probably the most comfortable sleep I have had in a long time. The breakfast is also okay, not great, but they rotate food every day (I was at hotel for a week). The one drawback is they do not have no smoking rooms. The room I was in didn't smell though so maybe they have fabric that doesn't hold the smoke. But if you are super sensitive probably not the best place. Also no one speaks English... Even basic requests like a late check out is really hard to communicate.. so bring a translation app. But even then they don't seem to understand the basic requests that guest would often make. Overall though I highly recommend the hotel.

硬件設施可以，但軟體不足問題頗多。
早餐有一定水平，可惜服務水平待提升。

最初找不到我的訂房紀錄, 後來花了十多分鐘先找到. 另外預訂時要求的房號亦安排不到, 而安排的另一間都可接受.
之前數次提及的意見未有改善,門口及廁所的雲石地板應該要用濕地拖清潔.

ブランチだったりインターナショナルだったりホテルの名称がサイトによって違うけど結局全部一緒です。住所が一緒だから別館か何かと思ってました。ホテル自体どちらかというと国内向けで外国人はあまり泊まるホテルではないようで、チェックインにものすごく時間がかかりました。
あとドアに清掃不要の札をかけておいたのに部屋に入られた形跡があって気持ち悪かったです。ビジネスルームはけっこう広かったけど冷蔵庫なかったのも不満です。

The location is close to the walking streeet with lots of things to eat nearby. It's situated in a busy district, yet the room is quiet and comfortable. The Chinese buffet breakfast is good too, with a variety of choices to choose from. If they can provide some coffee with better quality, not just 3-in-1, that will be awesome.

The check in process took longer than I thought. The Chinese staff at front desk had difficulty to trace my reservation. And she had problem to use my English name to match the reservation. Probably there are not many guests using hotels.com to book at their hotel.

Staff is helpful. Room is spacious & comfy.

Location of hotel very central. Direct bus service to airport & to Hong Kong, and transfer to ferry terminal at nearby PanYu Hotel.

Many eateries, shopping malls & small shops nearby.

The hotel do not receive the confirmation booking from Hotel.com
