Central location, great breakfast, & awesome wifi
Pros:

The location of this clean, inviting hotel is prime for anyone looking to stay in the city center and in walkable distance to most everything in Yakutsk. The bed was not the most comfortable in the world, and the windows could have used better blackout drapes, but I still slept quite well (likely due to jet lag). The wifi was the BEST (fastest, most reliable) I've encountered in any Russian hotel! I also enjoyed the breakfast that was included, which had a lovely mix of hot (pork meatballs, porridge, eggs) and cold (shredded cabbage, yogurt, etc.) items. Finally, the concierge was extremely helpful in any and everything I needed during my stay (directions, a phone number, etc.).

dingy and overpriced
Pros:

this is not a hotel, this is rent-a-dingy-room place. beds are horrible, bathroom doesn't have basic hooks, toiletries are a joke, and so is breakfast, which serves non-instant coffee only by an insistent request. some staff is friendly and helpful. location is very good, on an ordzhenekidze square, but all in all this hotel is a dump.

Lena the receptionist was very helpful & arranged a taxi to visit main sights. Restaurant recommendation was also very good.
