Pros:

Очень комфортный отель. Небольшой, но отличный бассейн. Номера очень чистые и комфортные.

Pros:

This is a clean and comfortable hotel that is very conveniently situated near (500 metre) the main railway station. It is quiet and safe and within easy walking distance of a few surrounding shops and a small supermarket in an adjacent small mall. It is about a 800 metre (safe) walk into the city centre. The bus station is in the opposite side of the city centre about 2km away.

Pros:

We had a spacious two bedroom Room for three people. Lots of space in the furniture provided. Great shower.
Bits of the hotel looked a little tired, would have been a high class establishment when it was built.
Bathroom toiletries generous. Tea making facilities could have been improved by having more than one tea bag per person, and providing sachets of coffee.
Breakfast restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a great 360 degree view.
Close to many malls and supermarkets. 20 min walk to Lenin Square. Close to bus stops and trams.

Reasonable price for good quality
Pros:

The room amenities are much better than the outward appearance of both the hotel and the surrounding area. Bathroom is well equipped and in very good condition.
A bit noisy both on the floor and around the hotel.

Ok place with a good restaurant!
Pros:

Staff was friendly but mostly did not speak good English. The breakfast was ok and the breakfast restaurant was situated on the top floor, giving a very good view on the city.
Surprisingly, the hotel's main restaurant was the best I encountered in the entire city!
I would likely stay here again, as overall the hotel is OK but nothing particular. There was also some renovation happening which resulted in loud drilling and hammering noises, but luckily not during the nights.
