Great few days relaxing in this hotel
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency in Cartagena. It’s a nice hotel with great facilities and, most importantly, excellent staff.

We experienced an issue on our first day, but Natalia from the Club Lounge was absolutely exceptional. She took personal responsibility, quickly helped resolve the problems we were having, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our stay was a great one.

Natalia made a huge difference to our overall experience. It’s incredibly reassuring to see staff empowered to take ownership, make decisions and do what’s needed to look after their guests.

A really enjoyable stay and a big thank you to Natalia for making it especially memorable.

Se disfruta la estancia
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, amplias y se experimenta seguridad y tranquilidad.
La suite asignada, en verdad muy confortable en todos los aspectos, a pesar de no ser muy grande, es Fantástica.
La música de fondo y su volumen, muy adecuada.
Las piscinas son geniales, con su temática de infinita, su limpieza, temperatura y vista al mar.
Excelentes vistas; al mar, a la ciudad, a la bahía.

Cons:

El servicio de desayuno estuvo por debajo de las expectativas, tanto en atención como en la calidad de algunos alimentos. También observé demoras en el servicio de café y dificultades para encontrar mesas limpias y listas para usar aún cuando habían muchas desocupadas, lo que afectó la experiencia.

La comodidad my el servicio

La música fuerte que nos levantó el domingo sobre las 5:30 am.
La fruta, quesos y carnes madura no tiene la buena presentación de antes.
Primera vez q al desayuno no tenían disponibilidad de arepa con huevo y un día tampoco hubo suero.
