Very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was a little too soft but I appreciate it is difficult to cater for all preferences in terms of beds. The hotel was excellent value for money and was right on the doorstep for the seminar I was attending. Keep up the good work - thank you

Pros:

Все в целом хорошо . Возникла проблема во время продления проживания , изменилась цена относительно изначальной . Было не приятно . Если судить исходя из стоимости изначальной , то Отель хороший . Чистый , персонал на уровне . Номер не маленький . Но за стоимость дороже , я бы не поехал к ним . Их минусов ресторан не работающий ночью и удачные завтраки , еды почти нет , выбирать нечего .

Приятные впечатления от поездки и отеля
Pros:

Нам отель очень понравился. Прежде, чем бронировать номер, я просмотрела отзывы об отеле Обухофф и все мнения гостей отеля я подтверждаю. Чисто, уютно, очень вкусные завтраки, но далековато от метро. Городской транспорт не так часто ходит до метро. Хотя станция метро Александр Невский-конец Невского проспекта. Обслуживающий персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый. Мы очень советуем бронировать этот отель для бюджетных поездок. Отель 3+ звезды.
