Лифт не работал( это единственный минус(

Оуенил бы все на отлично если бы не ремонт труб на улице перед отелем. Вина не отеля но шум полживанию мешал.

Хороший отель за свою цену, самый большой минус- слышимость номеров ( различили каждое слово соседей и их звуки). Чисто, уборка каждый день, на первом этаже есть кафе

Tidy, comfortable room with reasonable price. Nice staff and you can walk to the metro station with in 10-15 mins.

Good quality for price. The lift was sometimes noisy as room was next to the lift shaft. Room was clean and big enough for 1, staff very friendly, Overall really good value

Понравилось расположение отеля - доступное и одновременно уютное. Номера свежие, чистые, есть всё необходимое, вплоть до тапочек. Персонал порадовал отзывчивостью. Удалось комфортно отдохнуть во время насыщенной деловой поездки. В общем, впечатления только положительные.

Хороший, чистый отель. Вкусные завтраки.

Небольшой, комфортный отель, в тихом районе, 7 минут до метро Таганская. Неплохой завтрак, чисто аккуратно

Pros:
Located in residential area, very quiet.
Spacious room (in European standard) with elevator.
Clean & tidy
Reception staff are very helpful.

Cons:
Far away from Metro, almost 25-min walk (I walk very fast)
Paper-thin wall, be prepared to receive all the conversations from next door.
Breakfast is OK but the waitress is very moody.

The service here was decent, as was the location (not central, but close enough). We were visiting doing world cup finals so the cost of a double room here was astronomical.

We were prepared for the room to be fine, but not great, but it was worse than expected. The room was very small (difficult to maneuver around the bed), bed was a bit lumpy, and the blinds provided privacy but didn't block the sunlight at all. At least there was working A/C.

The worst part was the bathroom - there were holes cut in the shower tile for the plumbing, but it was a terrible job with huge gaps allowing water to flow into the wall. The result was black mold in the shower and on the adjacent wall in the bedroom. I'm not sure what Russia's plumbing code is like, but this certainly wouldn't be up to spec.

Hotel is very basic and air con was not working. We only stayed there as everywhere else was booked during the World Cup.
Difficult to recommend.

Ótimo hotel com excelente custo benefício, principalmente se considerarmos que visitamos no final de semana da final da copa do mundo. Quarto confortável. Localização conveniente, perto de estação de metrô. O percurso total a pé e metro para a Praça Vermelha é de meia hora. Recomendo.

The attention in front desk, always looked for a solution to satisfy the clients, we could store our luggage two days before the check-in day, the rooms were faultless... The neighborhood is quiet and there's a metro station near it, so I'm happy for the experience!!

Located in a quiet residential area yet just about 10 min walk to Metro. Room is clean but bathroom is a little bit old. Not much facilities but staff is friendly. Overall a nice hotel at such rate.

Personnel sympa et propre en general. Par contre les equipements sont dans un état déplorable et le manque d'espace dans la chambre est gênant. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

The hotel is much better than expected. The rooms are clean with individual bathroom and air-con. The staffs are polite and patient.

The hotel is a 5 min walk away from the closest metro station, staff is super friendly. The cafe in the hotel has good food and friendly service.
