TERRIBLE!
Pros:

The only good thing about the hotel was Leo and kleo the robots

Cons:

The hospitality was terrible, my fiance and I weren’t treated like guest. The staff talks to you disrespectfully and I just overall did not like my stay here and I will never stay there again!!!

La colazione è ottima, ma è veramente troppo cara! Alle spalle dell'hotel si trova facilmente colazione altrettanto buona ad un costo decente!

Cons:

La domenica la stanza non è stata rifatta, nonostante siamo stati tutta la giornata fuori. Dopo averlo fatto notare, ci hanno inviato una cameriera in serata, quando ormai eravamo in camera a riposare. La mattina dopo quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, in maniera abbastanza poco carina ci hanno risposto seccamente che il servizio di pulizia della camera non era garantito tutti i giorni. Questo è veramente ridicolo, vista la location e il costo! Peccato perchè il resto ha funzionato molto bene!

Pros:

Ideal location, central and within a walking distance from main points of interest. The hotel itself was very stylish, with excellent decoration and very comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodative. All in all a great stay.

Pros:

I love the robots and the shower, it was so modern. Love that they had a restaurant on property.

Cons:

They system went down so it was along check in line but they got us in pretty fast

Tiene sus lujos muy limpio y organizado

Cons:

El parqueadero no está incluido en el precio que si es algo considerable 300 por una noche vale 60 para parquear tu carro. Pienso que como huésped deberías tener derecho al parqueo gratis.

Incredible rooms and an awesome experience with there establishment and staff!
Pros:

The design and theme was insane and the concierge at the front seat when we checked in was incredible and super nice we appreciated everything!

Cons:

Valet was a little hard but we also really appreciate the first guy for understanding our situation and working with us!!

Great stay loved the hotel would come back for sure.

Modern and the art decor

Cons:

Front desk didn’t mention the gym and I would have like to check it out. I found out at check out when another guess was checking out. They told another guess did you enjoy the gym. Took me by surprise.

We loved the vibe of the hotel. The rooms were clean and really spacious. And the thoughtful touches (ability to turn off all lights from the button beside the bed) were awesome.
