Nothing really didn’t get to enjoy
That I wasn’t aware I had to bring a card that matched with my id it was really inconvenient I had to immediately get ready as soon as I landed and when I got to the hotel I was informed I wouldn’t get a room without my own credit card. I was staying for my boyfriends sisters wedding and had to last minute switch my hotel to a motel which was a horrible downgrade. I had nothing but my id, my passport, and his credit card he loans me and I use for everything.
Excellent location. The staff were great and the room was one of our favorites we've ever stayed in. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant. We will definitely be staying there again.

The Location couldn't be better! Everything was walking. We stayed for 3 nights and took uber only twice!
Desserts were not available after 11pm
The art, restaurant, location, and overall aesthetic are great!
The room was a little dirtier than the first time we stayed there (shower grime, greasy handprints on the walls, doors, and bed), and two different items (towel hook and door stopper) were broken off, just lying on the ground with the screw exposed. Normal wear and tear is expected over time, but it was definitely more noticeable this time around.
beautiful hotel pictures actually match what's online, they have robots for room service that was really cool. warm and cozy vibes. great location, plenty of food options, mag mile is just a hop skip and jump away. five minutes from navy pier.
street gets congested since it's near the hospital and restaurants all around, but that's at no fault to the hotel.

The hospitality was terrible, my fiance and I weren’t treated like guest. The staff talks to you disrespectfully and I just overall did not like my stay here and I will never stay there again!!!

La domenica la stanza non è stata rifatta, nonostante siamo stati tutta la giornata fuori. Dopo averlo fatto notare, ci hanno inviato una cameriera in serata, quando ormai eravamo in camera a riposare. La mattina dopo quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, in maniera abbastanza poco carina ci hanno risposto seccamente che il servizio di pulizia della camera non era garantito tutti i giorni. Questo è veramente ridicolo, vista la location e il costo! Peccato perchè il resto ha funzionato molto bene!
Ideal location, central and within a walking distance from main points of interest. The hotel itself was very stylish, with excellent decoration and very comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodative. All in all a great stay.

The design and theme was insane and the concierge at the front seat when we checked in was incredible and super nice we appreciated everything!
Valet was a little hard but we also really appreciate the first guy for understanding our situation and working with us!!
