Not as charming as it used to be
Pros:

Great location! Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Noisy neighbors; felt unsafe when nothing was done with drunk party next to us that spilled out into the hall and kicked my door at 1:30 in the morning.

A fantastic stay in a modern hotel with great service and an unbeatable location.
Pros:

Excellent location and a very modern, well maintained hotel. The facilities were great, breakfast was very good, and the service was consistently attentive and professional. Everything felt new and thoughtfully done.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about. Everything met or exceeded expectations.

The hotel was in a nice location, clean, friendly, and welcoming.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that my card was incorrectly charged and the booking payment wasn’t automatically credited showing we had already paid. Still going through a dispute for that authorization and the hotel isn’t really being much assistance.
