Nonostante avessimo avvisato tramite la piattaforma dell’orario di arrivo, non c’era nessuno ad accoglierci. Le informazioni fornite al momento della prenotazione si sono dimostrate errate. Pulizia scadente, trovati peli e macchie sulle lenzuola. In bagno alcune cose andrebbero sistemate o sostituite. Frigorifero molto rumoroso. Tv non funzionante.

The property was great, but the main reason I booked an upgraded 2 bedroom is because I wanted to just relax after a long day of 6hr hiking and watch tv but the host tried to connect the TV multiple times with fail and then left saying once it tunes it will start working but still after multiple times of tuning the TV no channels were working. I was also charged an extra "tax" of 10euros at the property upon checkin and did not argue since I was too tired.

Charmigt och originellt boende. Luriga trappor som inte är för pensionärer eller småbarn. Men ett fantastiskt annorlunda boende med underbar utsikt.

Three units are surrounding the “courtyard” which is also where the main office is. So people coming and going for check in and check out are literally outside of our windows. Interior is super old and outdated. The whole unit smelled heavily of cleaning detergent but nothing is clean. Toilets are old and yellow. We found mold on the shower wall. Kitchen smells like rotten wood.

No window in the room

Studio 1 had no wifi and no reception for data use. TV signal was intermittent for English Channel. Lounge chairs were broken. Very simple accommodations, not great value for the high cost. Giannis was helpful but these conditions were beyond his control. Studio 1 was very small, and bathroom was tiny. Gigi made a great breakfast but I would not return here. I feel I paid too much for this hotel.

The concierge Costas really made our stay a pleasure . He was over the top conscientious and considerate of our needs . Everything was up to par but having him at Ayoba definitely gives them an above average rating.

A few days before we arrived in Santorini my son and I were talking about our favorite hotels that we’ve ever stayed in. After just a few hours we excitedly added Ayoba Santorini to the list!
This hotel is fabulous— from its location in pretty, hilltop Imerovigli, to the room itself, to the bountiful & custom-made breakfast &, most notably, to the service. Kostas, the hotel manager, could not be kinder or more responsive. I had a few questions before arrival and he always answered my emails within hours. During our actual stay, no question or request was too big and he has a genuine pleasantness to him, you can just tell he’s not bother whatsoever to help.
You receive a breakfast list the day before and you can have cooked-to-order eggs, pastries, fruits, meats, cheeses. Greek goodies such as feta and tomatoes and cucumbers, cheese and spinach pies and so on are also available.
It is a very easy walk to the more bustling town of Fira, along a stone pathway, away from the road and traffic.

We stayed here fore three nights. The best aspects of this hotel are (1) staff - make sure you ask Elena's restaurant recommendations, we did and were really glad about it; (2) the location - just a minute away from the closes road means no carrying your luggage up and down stairs, and you are also just a minute away from the Fira to Oia hiking path and some amazing restaurants; and (3) breakfast made to order and brought to your room.

Great hidden gem in Imerovigli. Would have liked the hot tub to have been hot however. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Would return.

We had a brief 1-night stay at Ayoba Suites. Although it does not have a view of the caldera, the rooms are very spacious, modern, and clean, with all amenities. A nice large communal hot-tub was located right outside our room. The receptionist/manager of the hotel is the sweetest person who not only helped us check in early, but also booked our excursions and early morning shuttle to our ferry the next day. Plus, the breakfast she provided was delicious! Great value in Imerovigli!

Excellent location close to bus stop and walking distance to Fira. Clean and comfortable rooms. Eleni made us feel very welcome before our trip by keeping in touch on email. On check-in She gave us an overview of the island. She arranged our pickup, and also arranged our island tour and the catamaran trip which were well priced and enjoyable. Breakfast was customized to each family member’s taste and served in the room. Eleni - Thanks a lot.

The host is super friendly , breakfast is home made and delicious. Perfect location. Highly recommended

The hotel does not have a view,but is in a great location. We actually preferred this location rather than Fira or Oia. The Manager,Elani, was very welcoming, made us feel special and was very helpful in informing us about the island and tour options. She gave us the best map. Also, breakfast was delivered to a patio table outside our room and was a very nice touch.
