Grymt hotell mitt inne i city av Zell am see. Nytt, fräscht, ac, rymligt och väldigt rent. Kan varmt rekommenderas!!!

good location and nice staff

The hotel and area is pretty good. However the top floor room we had have a pillar that we might accidentally knock our heads against.

Svårt att lasta i och ur bagage, mycket trångt. Parkering i garage ca 300 m från hotellet. Annars har hotellet ett mycket bra läge. Fint rum med fungerande ac. God frukost. Trevlig bar i hotellet intill, där även receptionen fanns.

Toller, freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Stylisches und großzügiges Zimmer (Deluxe-Vierbettzimmer) mit tollem Ambiente.

We booked two nights last minute, at 240 EUR per night. As it turned out, this hotel is definitely not worth the money. Some insight:

- The room was not very clean. Scuff marks all over, the bathroom has moldy areas between the tiles, there was a layer of dust on everything (e.g., on all the picture frames and bathroom dry racks), the ceiling lamp had lots of dead insects that you stare up at when in bed

- The room did not look very nice. The hotel pictures make it seem stylish, but it’s very cheaply done and does not at all have a cozy atmosphere. Cold and sterile design (e.g., hospital tile flooring)

- We wanted to to use the rooftop bar before it officially opens at 5 (why??? Just open it if the weather is nice). We went up and were left alone in a very messy place. Lots of little damage on various furniture and we had to drag out our own umbrella among a sea on ‚tarped‘ furniture. I know it looks nice on the picture (we in fact booked mostly because of this bar), but In reality.. not so much. It is such a missed opportunity because it is one of the only rooftop bars in the area.

- During pandemic times, attention to detail when cleaning is paramount to allow your guests to fully relax!

- The breakfast is not very good. I have stayed in many hotels in my life, and I would rate it 1.5/10

In summary: No attention to detail and lost opportunity as the rooftop has serious potential: rooms not really clean, no customer-first mentality. Stay away.

I loved being upgraded to a lovely suite, I loved the décor, the size of room, the bath, the comfy bed and the extra walk-in wardrobe with iron.

Thank you to the staff for an amazing and comfortable stay. The rooms were extremely and beautifully clean and we were offered a much appreciated free upgrade when we decided to stay another night. Great suit everyone breakfast included and a wonderful roof top bar and service to relax with at the end of the day. Within walking
distance to all amenities. Will be back!

This was a nice hotel, Very clean, comfortable interior. Staff were extremly helpful. We had an upgrade to the Sister hotel - from Two Timez boutique - which was a little confusing on arrival.

Spacious ,well designed rooms,breakfast was good.Good wifi

Excellent hotel. Clean, modern rooms with excellent service. 4 min walk to the CityExpress lift to the slopes and still located in the heart of the town.

Found that the room was not as advertised. The room booked was supposed to have air conditioning - the initial room we were provided did not have it. Upon request we were provided an alternative room, however we had to wait 24 hours to get it. This was also experienced by friends of ours. The other issue we had was that the hotel is in fact two hotels next to each other and we were initially given a room in the Hotel Heitzman. It is not a bad hotel, but not what I booked and had no air conditioner in the room. It was also an older hotel and as such I did not get a room with the contemporary look of the Timez (which was one of the reasons for booking). All in all the Timez is a lovely hotel, however due to the booking confusion I would not stay here again.

Nous n'avons pas pu tester l'hôtel car à notre arrivée on nous a dit que l'hôtel avait un surbooking ! Donc on nous a logé dans un autre hôtel mais on a payé la facture à Two Timez Boutique hôtel. Deux chambres ne correspondaient pas à ce qui était prévu. On a pu obtenir une réduction de 80 euros ! Déçus de Zell am See, on se serait cru dans une ville du Moyen Orient !!
