לא היה מישהו בקבלה אז צלצלתי בפעמון ואז הגיעה מישהי שאמרה יש כאן פתק וצריך להתקשר ולא היה לי טלפון אוסטרי לאחר כמה דקות הגיע תייר שאמר שהצ'ק אין במלון ליד אז הלכתי לשם וראיתי את הבחורה של הפתק שאלתי אותה למה היא לא אמרה לי שהיא עושה צ'ק אין? אז היא צחקה במקום להתנצל

My experience was absolutely terrible. Every day, they knocked on my door twice at around 8:00 AM while I was sleeping. Even worse, they opened the door and disturbed me despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed outside my room.

This completely ruined my stay. I came to the hotel to relax and get some proper rest, but because of the constant interruptions, I couldn’t get enough sleep at all.

A very disappointing experience. I strongly believe the hotel should respect guests’ privacy and take the “Do Not Disturb” sign seriously.

Good hotel but not the best and not much hospitality with nothing valuable to pay for it

Don’t be welcome and don’t offer summer card , the air conditioner in the master bedroom is very weak and warm ( not cooling).

موقع رائع وسط زيلامسي مع إطلالة جبلية جميلة وخدمة ممتازة.
Pros:

ممتاز جداً في قلب سنتر زيلامسي، والبلكونة تطل على الجبل والسنتر. التكييف ممتاز وساعدنا وقت الحر بالإضافة إلى تعاون الموظفين.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Zell am See center. The balcony has a beautiful view of the mountain and the town center. The AC was great and really helped during a couple of hot days, and the staff were very cooperative.

Cons:

بالنسبة للسلبيات، المواقف ليست ملاصقة للفندق لكنها قريبة (حوالي 3 دقائق مشياً)، ويوجد مكان أمام باب الفندق للوقوف المؤقت لتنزيل الأغراض. السعر أعلى شوي من المتوسط مقارنة بمساكن مشابهة، لكن الإقامة كانت ممتعة فعلاً.

On the downside, parking isn’t right at the hotel but it’s close (about a 3-minute walk), and there’s a spot in front of the hotel entrance for temporary stops to unload luggage. The price is a bit above average compared to similar places, but we genuinely enjoyed our stay.
