Pros:

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία μπροστά στο παλιό λιμάνι παίρνοντας το πρωινό, ο οικοδεσπότης γλυκύτατος άνθρωπος, πεντακάθαρο το δωμάτιο και υπέροχο το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι... θα το προτιμούσα εάν πήγαινα στα Χανιά πάλι!!

Stay in a beautiful atmospheric Venetian building
Pros:

Delightful small boutique B&B with fantastic view of the harbour and beautifully decorated rooms. Veronica was great for information and so helpful. Incredible breakfast.

Cons:

The double bed was small but fitted with the decor.

We did not have a room with a harbor view and regretted staying at Casa Leone.
Pros:

Our room was clean and the bed was in a loft upstairs. The staff was present in the morning, but not late afternoon or evenings. The breakfast was nice, but they kept the room and the windows to the harbor shut.

Cons:

We did not have a room with a harbor view and regretted staying at Casa Leone. The main attraction is that it is located directly on the Chania Venetian harbor. It honestly felt more like staying in an AirBnB than a hotel. It was quite stuffy in the main room where they served breakfast and where the front desk is located. This was for our entire stay of three days. We never really felt like we were on the harbor. The courtyard is cute, but it was directly outside the windows, so we kept the curtains shut most of the time for privacy.

A unique historical property with unbeatable views of the Venetian harbour.
Pros:

Fabulous location with amazing views of the Venetian port. Splendid period decor, which lends to its unique style. And wonderful breakfast!!

Cons:

Taxis can’t access the old town, which we didn’t realise. As a result it’s tricky to navigate through the maze of narrow streets, especially with heavy luggage.

Pros:

This was our favorite stay of our Greece/ Italy trip. Absolutely amazing view from room and comfy venetian decor and vibes in a perfect location. We would 100% stay again and the staff were lovely and breakfast was yummy too, felt very cosy and accommodating

No complaints at all, perhaps bathroom a little small as my husband and I are quite tall but still great

charmantes Hotel an perfekter Lage
Pros:

das kleine Hotel liegt direkt an der Hafenpomenade, der Zugang ist von der hinteren Seite in der Altstadt, man muss etwas suchen, unseren Mietwagen haben wir ausserhalb der Alstadt geparkt, etwa 8 Minuten zu laufen für die Gratisparkplätze,
wir hatten ein sauberes grosses Zimmer jedoch ohne Hafenblick, was den Vorteil hatte, das es sehr ruhig war.
Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert, jedoch erst ab 9:00 Uhr, am Abreisetag haben wir am Vorabend etwas zum Frühstück in den Kühlschrank bekommen

Nice hotel, charming location. No real staff commitment, and terrible breakfast.
Pros:

The room and view were stunning. The set up with regarding staff definitely needs attention. A very young girl was in attendance, and it didn't give a great impression.

Cons:

Staff attitude. Sullen and non-communicative. Asked to use the toilet before we left and she said no. I was a bit shocked, so insisted. Sullen response. Not what I would expect from a hotel in Chania, and I've stayed on a lot of hotels there, including this one 15 years ago. Get someone more experienced to look after your property if you can't be bothered to be there yourselves.
The breakfast look impressive on first sight, but turned out to be quite awful. All processed foods, and weak watery coffee. Presumably you can't offer cooked food. I would suggest just some fresh bread or pastries, and some decent coffee would be better than the current offering, most of which was inedible.

Viihtyisä hotelli keskeisellä paikalla
Pros:

Sijainti oli erinomainen ja parvekkeelta hieno näkymä venetsialaiseen satamaan. Lyhyt matka ravintoloihin, kauppoihin ja viihtyisille pikkukujille. Huone oli tilava, viihtyisä ja erittäin siisti, riittävästi säilytystilaa. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä, kiva poikkeus buffet-aamiaisista. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, myös silloin kun yhteistä kieltä ei kovin helposti löytynyt.

Cons:

Jos "kirjautuu ulos" aamulla ennen kuin henkilökuntaa on paikalla, kannattaa ottaa huomioon, että ulkoportin avaamiseen tarvitaan avain, eli ennen kuin jättää avaimen tiskille, pitää käydä avaamassa portti!

Amazing Location and the Intimate Stay, only a few rooms
Pros:

great location in the old town, view was amazing we had a very large balcony with beautiful sunsets
Breakfast was good, yogurt, fruit, eggs and cake..!!

Cons:

look its a bit old worldly.. nothing new about it... but hey location location amazing
I would stay again & maybe bathrooms would of had a Reno by then
