Everything was great except for the construction of the hotel going on till 3am and then starting again at 6am. Not great for a good nights sleep!

I called up to 10 times to be collect from the airport, was no answer and when they responded they said they will call me back! Never did, I had to call Uber to get to the hotel ok that’s no problem, at the reception very bad service one of the concierge keeps staring at me I I was scared and and comfortable to stay in this hotel

Had to call the front desk to get AC working. Had no remote

Only one towel, that too had smell

Very cheap on channel availability for TV. Please make sports channels and other popular chanels available

Courteous staff but get professional on the amenities for the price you charge

It was ok but there was construction. I changed to Shivas Galaxy but was till charged for two nights at the gateway. And then the night at the Galaxy. It seemed today much of a hassle to try to sort it out!

Very clean and modern hotel. Bathrooms were very modern and had all amenities. Great quality and service for the price and they even arranged a quick cab to the airport.

Shivas gateway is located within 10 mins drive from the BLR airport. GM Mahantesh and team provided excellent support for my elderly parents right from picking them from the airport and dropping them next day back to BLR airport.
