Great location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. I asked for a kettle and was accommodated immediately, and there was a fridge already in the room. I found the room a bit too warm, but that was a personal preference. Room was comfortable. My view was exceptional, looking straight at the cable car route up Tampa. Breakfast was okay, but again, a personal preference. Check in, and checking out was easy. A bus stop almost immediately outside, but within walking distance of all Old Town attractions. Ideal location.

Beautiful and friendly hotel, just a couple of minutes from the old town square.
Pros:

Great location close to the old town square; spacious, high-ceilinged room; friendly and helpful staff. The self-serve breakfast is simple but everything you need to start the day - toast with the zacusca spread and local cheese very quickly became my staple.

Cons:

A kettle in the room for making tea would have been nice (can you spot the British travellers... ? :-D )
