Breakfast
Very friendly helpful staff. Easy location near to M27 and easy travelling to both Portsmouth and Southampton. Room was good size, spotlessly clean and well equipped for an overnight stay. There is a choice of restaurant between the adjoining pub where breakfast is served or the adjacent Spa Hotel - both offer good well priced food of differing styles.
The onsight car park additional charge of £5 per day should be included in the price and was an annoying add on. Additionally the very temperamental exit barrier which did not rise on 2 occasions. On the 2nd occasion at 6.00 am no one answered the intercom which caused a significant delay for us to actually leave the premises on our journey to catch Portsmouth ferry.

Very convenient to M27 motorway. All staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The room was a good size, very clean with nice modern decoration. Choice of 2 restaurants depending on your mood or taste.
The only irritant was the additional daily charge for the car park, which given the location where a car is essential, should really be part of the price.

The room was nice and shower was great. Parking and checking in was easy.
The sofa bed is really uncomfortable. Could hear music till 12.15/30 in the night which wouldn't have been to bad except we had a 2 year old and 6 year old with us.
Good hotel room, nice location close to highway and shopping area, nice shower.
Breakfast was not worth paying for, very poor quality and very little options. Best to have it somewhere else. Recommend having 2 biscuits portions in a room for 2 persons instead of only one, and add some herbal teas.

The coffee and milk were rubbish.A small fridge with fresh milk and better quality coffee would have made it perfect.
Location was excellent. The room was bright and airy, the bed was comfortable, staff were very friendly and changed my room due to blocked shower drain, although that was inconvenient after just unpacked.
The showers drainage was poor and needed cleaning and the water wasn’t hot enough to shave. Milk sachets were off
