Lovely and clean, bed was really comfortable.

Modern, easy motorway access, friendly staff
Ver small double bed, sofa bed frame came above the bed - we needed to pad these with cushions to prevent possible accidents, pub attached to hotel was lovely but expensive
The pub(freindly staff and sky sports), comfy beds, clean and tidy.
Rooms were good size
Weren’t told could use facilities of other hotels spa etc. also rooms needed a clean and hadn’t been hoovered for a while as my sons white socks showed this with dark hairs all over it, dust and nail clippings in the bathroom was also a giveaway.
Nice room, felt very safe and secure
Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and we had to evacuate due to a fire alarm which woke my 2 small children. Only received a quick apology
Clean, cool, and spacious room. Very peaceful at night and a nice tree lined car park. Lovely helpful staff too. Perfect for my business trip in the area.

The pillows were too bulky. Gave us stiff necks. One thing and one thick pillow each would have been better
Overnight stop before heading to Southampton for the boat. For the price we weren’t expecting much but the room was very comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed.
Unfortunately the pub food wasn’t as good but it was ok.
Big, bright room and ginormous bed. Excellent value for money. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the pub was very good too. Loads of parking.
Water in shower came through hot for about 30 seconds and then went cold so not very pleasant.
Clean, comfortable room & air-conditioning was extremely useful given the hot weather. Quirky decorations in corridors & bedroom - nice.
