Staff was helpful and professional. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. I would especially like to thank Xavier, he was friendly and answered all my questions. Room was clean and I received an immediate response when I inquired about a lack of hot water in the shower. Overall we were very happy with our stay and plan to visit again.

I would rate this property as average overall. There were some things it did well, but a few aspects of the guest experience left a negative impression.

On the positive side, our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked very well, which is especially important in Orlando. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the hotel itself appeared to be in good condition.

My first concern was the parking situation. From the moment we arrived, it felt like parking fees were the focus. There were QR code signs for paid parking everywhere—in the parking lot, at the hotel entrance, at the front desk, and even on the key packet. For a simple uncovered surface parking lot, the $27 daily charge felt excessive. While I understand that charging for parking has become more common, it was an off-putting first impression, particularly at a hotel of this type and in a location that is not a downtown city center. The repeated reminders to pay for parking only reinforced that feeling.

The other issue was breakfast service. I was somewhat surprised that breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m. in a major Orlando resort area, where many hotels extend breakfast until 10:00 a.m. However, the breakfast hours themselves were not my main concern.

What bothered me was how the breakfast closure was handled. At 9:29 a.m., employees were visibly watching the clock, and the moment it turned 9:30 they immediately began removing pans that still contained food, even while guests were actively serving themselves. Another employee closed a sliding door in a way that left only a small exit available for guests still in the breakfast area. The overall message was very clear: breakfast ends at exactly 9:30, regardless of whether guests are currently getting food.

There is a difference between ending breakfast service and making guests feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff's approach felt abrupt and unfriendly, which left a poor final impression of an otherwise decent stay.

The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the parking fees and the way breakfast service ended would make me think twice before staying here again.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was very spacious. There was a great variety for the breakfast, and it was really close to the Theme Parks.

This is a top-notch hotel if you’re traveling to Orlando Florida with your family. It’ll be morning you get a full breakfast to start your taste really good with multiple multiple options. Even better young man who works in the breakfast area by the name of ReShaun, who just has a every morning and just make sure they better just with his presence. And the bedrooms are great as well. Most times I don’t get a good night. Sleep on vacation, but I’ve been sleeping like a king cause these beds are so comfortable. And their rooms are very spacious. If you have kids like me in the pool is great escape at the end of a hot day.

First let me just say that I booked this hotel as a quick 4-day getaway and as always I was not disappointed. This is a gorgeous hotel with some of the best employees. I had the pleasure to engage with Xavier who was at the front desk and when I say his smile and pleasantries started the mood off right considering I was only there for a short stay. He is absolutely a great asset to the Hilton Brand.

The Hotel itself is very clean and organized. The free breakfast in the morning is yummy and very filling. What can go wrong with Mickey Waffles? The spacious rooms allow you to spread out it gives you the feel as if you're right at home. Also if you need some extra bed space the couch pulls out as a bed as well. There are plenty towels and pillows for your convenience. There is also a free shuttle bus that brings you to the park but be mindful of the times because it can run late or early at any given time. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and I'm already planning on coming back before the year is out.
