Pros:

Overnight stay with family as hotel is right across from the Train station. Spacious room, clean with great breakfast and least of all, price point matches my stay

雖然已做分流
但仍有許多人超過用餐時間
還在座位上 聊天看手機
甚至是睡覺
導致真正需要用餐的人無法使用餐廳
這是比較可惜的一點
但是整體服務人員的態度與專業度都還不錯

住超過十次了吧
服務整潔都很好！
早餐口味每天變化有點大，這次第二天早餐都是重油，建議不要每道菜都這麼油
這次也是第二次遇到隔壁房抽煙，據客服說，同一排的空調是共用的，所以隔壁房有人抽煙，自己房內都是煙味，第一晚半夜，第二天清晨，第二晚半夜都有煙味，對於一個沒抽煙的人，要在充滿煙味的房間過夜真的很痛苦，根本睡不著，連出門時身上衣物也全是煙味，強烈建議要在check in時告知旅客禁煙！

清潔感は保たれていて好感が持てます。前回では問題なかったのですが、カーテンを正しくバスタブ内に引き込んでいるにも関わらず、シャワー後にバスルームの床がかなり濡れてしまいました。

環境看起來很新，乾淨，整體裝修比較簡單，但是很乾淨，價格含2份早餐，性價比不錯，早餐很不錯。旅館後面就是竹北火車站，相當方便。唯飯店白天在裝修，很吵，這種狀況價格應該降價作為補償。不知道為什麼入住房間為下午5點？
