more shade around pool area
elevators are small and slow. I had to wait 10 mins to go to 1st floor.
Upon arrival 2 hours early, the front desk was able to check me in early without any issues & also upgraded room to a higher view over the city. Amy from reception and all staff are very attentive and professional. Room was of high standard, very clean and actually reset each day during my stay. I think it may be the tallest building in the city so was easy to explore and never lose your way if you stay here. Right near the river and you’re almost at the famous Cai Rang markets. Massage was awesome, views were fantastic and food options are plentiful. The staff always friendly and eager to talk about your journey.

The room and view
The pool was big but no atmosphere, just concrete all around it, like a car park. Sun-beds had no mattresses so not that comfortable. Restaurant huge but empty. Two nights in a row there was no garlic bread….
