Property was great, staff were great breakfast was very good!

Cons:

Location! There is not much around for tourists but if you are happy to eat and stay in hotel you will be extremely happy because facilities are fantastic!

Excellent Sheraton Can Tho
Pros:

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Sheraton Can Tho hotel. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our visit very relaxing. The breakfast restaurant was outstanding — the food was fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. What impressed me most was the staff (Tân, Trân, Dung, Bằng, Bảo, Sương, Thi, and Loan). Every employee I met was professional, friendly, and attentive, always going out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their warmth and dedication turned a good stay into an excellent one. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Can Tho.

Profesionalismului personalului. Mi am pierdut portofelul cu toate actele în piața Mekong iar după o căutare de 4 ore în care unul din manageri a devenit detectiv, am reușit să mi găsesc portofelul…mulțumesc pentru implicare și profesionalism …va sunt recunoscătoare🙏
