遇到的員工每位都很親切熱情，主動打招呼和幫忙，說話也相當的客氣，教育訓練做的非常的棒！房間寬敞，乾淨及舒適，淋浴間的水流強大，整體來說，無可挑剔

Pros:

The rooms were large and beds very comfortable. Also great view. I forgot something at the hotel and the staff were extremely helpful and made sure that it was shipped to me overnight to my next hotel.

Superb stay- very comfortable and beautifully maintained hotel with great staff
Pros:

The facilities were excellent and the staff were charming. Food was really good too and not overly expensive. The gym was well maintained and well equipped- a pleasure to use. The pool was huge and lovely to swim in.
Can’t find anything to criticise- would definitely recommend

cela va être très dur de trouver un hôtel de la même catégorie où en 4 * aussi bien pour la suite de nos vacances au Vietnam aux même conditions de prix.
je suis moi moi-même ds l hotellerie et vraiment absolument tout etait parfait.
le buffet du petit dej était grandioses et raffiné.
