Pros:

Nice staff. Nice facilities and workspaces. Very good breakfast. Room was a decent size.

Cons:

My room hadn’t been cleaned fully when I arrived. There was very noisy renovation work going on at a sound level that made remaining in the room at the same time impossible. Management didn’t give any notice of this nor make any apology. This went on for a couple of days. I found the behaviour around this to be a bit unprofessional.

Tegenvallende klantbeleving die eenvoudig te fixen is zodat het een 9 wordt.
Pros:

Mooi uitzicht van de 23e verdieping. Ruime en moderne badkamer. ruime kamer.

Cons:

De receptioniste zei dat er een jacuzzi in mijn kamer was, die was er niet. Was het een grap of zat ik in de verkeerde kamer? De lift was vies. Een van de medewerkers in het restaurant was verre van vriendelijk. De airco aanzetten was zo moeilijk als een escape-room opdracht en was niet echt koud. Om 7:30u begonnen ze te boren in de ruimte boven mijn kamer. De dame die mij kwam helpen met de airco was tegelijkertijd aan het bellen met collega's. Dus klantbeleving: zwaar onvoldoende. Terwijl ik 1,5 keer zoveel heb betaald dan het hotel waar ik normaal zit en wel goed is.

Die iedereen daar alleen maar Engels kon en niemand van het personeel op zijn minst 1tje dan Nederlands kon.

Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Bettwäsche war schmutzig und leider nach 21:00 kein Personal um diese zu wechseln. Es wurde uns saubere Bettwäsche zum selbst überziehen gegeben. Am nächsten Tag wurde versprochen uns zu kontaktieren und eine Entschädigung anzubieten was allerdings nicht passiert ist.

Cuando llegamos pidieron 50 euros por daños si así se llegara a pasar al momento de dejar la habitación que pasó que supuestamente se devolvería los 50 euros enseguida a la cuenta pero no devolvieron nada hasta el día de hoy veo mi dinero y me parece una falta de respeto que pidan dinero por algo que no pasó salí de la habitación y no se dañó nada pero aún así no recibí nada en mi cuenta

Zu teuer kein Putz SERVICE

Gute Lage, Lange Rezeptions zeiten

Cons:

460 € für zwei Nächte in einem Einzelzimmer kein einziges Mal Zimmerservice nicht einmal die Handtücher getauscht das musste ich dann Samstag am Abend an der Rezeption machen was 40 Minuten gedauert hat. Lange Wartezeiten vor den drei Liften in einem nicht belüfteten Raum wo es sehr schlecht riecht.
