Pros:

I was in disbelief on how beautiful this place was. The hotel looks like a museum, the rooms are so spacious and the staff is accommodating. I love the experience. Kattia in the reception was kind, great attitude and helpful. Dimitri cooked us everything we requested, the food was fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to go back. The only little thing they need to improve is the internet.

Double check your listing before you arrive!
Pros:

We booked a room with 2 King beds. We arrived and were given 1 bed. We were told that they were sold out. We complained and asked for a manager and were told they were unavailable. Later on they gave us an additional room, making my friend and I separated. We didn't get the 2 beds until the 2nd night, but we were forced to check out, leave the property for 4 hours and then come back. We again asked for a manager but they were unavailable again. I find this very hard to believe because hotels.com customer service agent was told something different by the staff. The staff in the restaurant were very kind and efficient. I will give them credit for that. It was a convenient location, and I would consider staying here again.

I interacted basically with the people in the restaurant, Bely, Benny, Ruben and Ivan and the attention was excellent. I can say that the staff is very good and they offer the best service they can give

Pros:

pros: Excellent food, services, and location.
cons: need to walk a little bit (about three blocks) to reach the beach, rooms lack of windows and natural light.
quality/price: seems to be balanced. I would definitely stay again.
