Cute beach, but outdated amenities and safety concerns.
Pros:

Breakfast: The breakfast selection was nice and enjoyable every morning;
Adjacent Beach: The beach right next to the hotel was really cute, calm, and very inviting;
Location: Good location, situated just a pleasant 15-minute walk from the Old Town.

Cons:

Pool Quality: The pool water was far too cold and did not look very clean;
Uncomfortable Bed: The bed was strangely short, leaving my legs hanging off the end despite not being exceptionally tall;
Elevator Safety & Size: The elevator is very small, and the doors once slammed shut directly onto our stroller without stopping, which felt quite dangerous;
Outdated Amenities: The room safe is old-fashioned and requires a physical key rather than a modern code lock.

Warm recommendation for the family stay. Very clean, well equipped, great location.
Pros:

A great place for family holidays. The beach is just few steps away, evening walks to beautiful old town Chania take just 15-20 minutes. We had one of so called "big rooms", on the fifth floor, very spacious, excellently equipped and clean. You get a set of towels for the pool and the beach. The morning and evening sound of waves, birds and "tzitzikas" is unforgettable. The swimming pool is very clean, never too busy, in the afternoon is in the shade, which is very convenient for anyone who does not want to spend the whole day on sun. The hotel has its own small grocery shop, with prices even better than in other nearby shops.
Unfortunately, we had a bad event on the beach (my own responsibility, not at all responsibility of the hotel!) where my documents have been stolen. At this very awkward occasion, we got a great help from the reception desk who arranged the necessary steps very swiftly. Thank you Alex for all your help! It has been not only professionally done well, but we also appreciate very much your personal approach.
The location of the hotel is excellent, with lot of nearby restaurants and cafes. The beach is rather clean, with a very smooth entrance to the water. Sunsets on the beach are unforgettable!

Cons:

The breakfast was good, but sometimes at the end of the breakfast time the area can be busy and, in spite of all good efforts of the stuff, some items are not refilled in time.

Pros:

Godt renhold med ofte bytte av håndduker og sengetøy. Flott med egen basseng/strandhånduk. God frokost. Hyggelig personale. Godt utrustet kjøkken. Fin strandbar og restaurant.
Godt lydisolerte rom. Hørte ikke naboene

Savnet litt flere brødvarianter. Grovt brød.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

The staff at this hotel were exceptional! From day 1 we felt so welcomed and they really went above and beyond for us. I broke my ankle and every single staff member tried helping in some way. This hotel was perfect for our needs, but the staff really put it over the edge. We also really want to give love to Poppy who was so helpful with everything, we’re definitely coming back!!
