Location
Our room has no heating and it was freezing ended up getting moved to a double room with a heater, we wanted a twin room so was disappointed 😞
The room was warm and reasonably clean.
No breakfast facilities.
Nice room
Paid an extra £5 on booking.com for car park space and fast wifi, this was alreaded included
As always really friendly staff, nice cosy bar area for a few drinks. Quiet hotel right in the centre of stokesley with a super comfy bed.
Excellent facilities very comfortable bed and good sized rooms
Some of the hallway carpets are worn but theirs a sign saying they’re doing refurbishment so all good!
Excellent position. Nice clean room
No lift and shame no breakfast available but still good value
Great location
Tired
The bedroom was lovely very nice bed was exceptionally comfortable
The fact it was over run with gypsies only made us use another pub and restaurant the hotel carpets were rotten and threadbare the only saving grace was the bedroom overall I wish we hadn't of travelled very disappointing like my old teacher said must try harder
Blood on the quilt, couldn't close windows
Great location cheap and really clean.
Nothing would stay there again..
the downstairs was lovely well decorated and welcoming, staff where very helpful and nice
location was fabulous
The rooms where dated and tired. It was cold during the night.
The bathroom was in poor condition black between the tiles and around the bath the shower was also very poor just trickled out.
Location of where we wanted to be
Renovations still ongoing after 4 previous visits
Wonderful location in the heart of the town so easy to get around. Just watch out for Friday morning parking restrictions on the market square . Warm welcome from the on-site staff.
It’s up and down stairs so maybe not suited to anyone with mobility issues or maybe ask not to be at top levels
