Everything was good
Toilet was not properly clean
Location
Felt like i was staying in a hostel. Corridors crooked and not all hallways carpeted. Felt dirty. Wont stay again, which is a shame as i visit Stokesley frequently.
Handy for local amenities.Room and bathroom were clean.
Dated and run down.Barely luke warm water from shower.
Cracked double wall socket with wires exposed, health hazard.

Location
Very dated but clean. We booked a room with extra fast WiFi and allocated parking the hotel had neither!! Only public parking. Tried to take this up with booking .com and hotel neither are interested, in our over payment.
The location was perfect for where I needed to be
Stained duvet/bedsheets, freezing room despite window being closed, broken electrical sockets with exposed wiring, shower was dirty, pubes in the sink, cobwebs and spiders all over, old water left in the kettle, so it’s clear things hadn’t been cleaned to a decent standard. All of this could’ve been forgiven if the pictures of the rooms reflected what you get. It feels like false advertising.
Very clean, quiet area
Socket loose and wires showing
The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the towels were clean
If you're going to provide shampoo/conditioner dispensers, then put some shampoo/ conditioner in them. If you're going to provide tea/coffee, then provide a cup. Please make sure that electrical sockets are not damaged and unsafe. I'm happy to stay in cheap accommodation, but please pay attention to the details. For me that's really important.
NO BREAKFAST
Location
No housekeeping poor state of the hallway and loud music, people shouting until 1 am and no staff. We booked for two nights only stayed for one booking.com not interested.
The staff
Not a lot really, room was clean.
The building overall wast tatty and needing some love and attention. Bed was poor mattress had a big dip in the middle! No shampoo in shower or had soap in sink.
