Pros:

la gentillesse des dames a l'accueil . le contact facile sur WhatsApp avec l'hôtel directement . car ma carte bancaire a eu un souci Jai donc payé sur place encore merci infiniment pour ce geste et une très bonne communication , merci pour le parapluie de la dame qui ma dépanner a l'accueil .merci de m'avoir aider a trouver un taxi pour le retour . très bonne équipe

le manque de pantoufle de chambre , de plus grande serviette et de l'eau minéral dans la chambre ; pour le petit déjeuner une sauce vinaigrette si possible .
