History, Gardens and Good Food
Pros:

Neemrana Deobagh was a pleasure to stay in. The standouts were the beautiful temples and temple ruins within the property, where you can sit and soak in Gwalior's history without the crowds. The food at the restaurant was very good, the gardens were lovely to walk around, and the service was gentle and attentive. And with the rain, more than a peacock came out and danced right in front of our room. Overall, it is a heritage property in Gwalior that is well worth at least a night's stay.

Cons:

It is slightly farther from the railway station and airport than some other hotels in Gwalior. The city itself is quite compact, but traffic can be difficult at certain times of the day. And, as with many restored properties, some elements, such as the plumbing, had occasional hiccups.

Lovely stay - made special by the chef and the staffs special attention to meals and getting us some local treats
Pros:

Lush green and open oasis in the middle of the city and easily accessible. The rooms were very comfortable. Walks about the property were lovely

Beauté et calme du lieu, gentillesse de l’accueil: un petit coin de paradis!
Pros:

Le cadre est absolument magnifique: l’hôtel (différents pavillons) est situé dans un parc, où se trouvent des temples… et des paons.
Le personnel est aux petits soins, la cuisine excellente.

Cons:

Le confort de la salle de bain est « vintage ».

Historisches Anwesen mit einzigartiger, stimmungsvoller Atmosphäre
Pros:

Wir haben den eintägigen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen historischen Anwesen sehr genossen. Insbesondere der weitläufige, parkähnliche Garten mit umherwandernden Pfauen und alten Tempeln ist einzigartig und lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Empfehlung: Unbedingt den im Preis enthaltenen High-Tea mit Keksen und kleinen Snacks von 17 bis 18 Uhr mitmachen. Schöner kann man den Nachmittag nicht ausklingen lassen. Tolle Atmosphäre!
Das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel und das Abendessen sehr lecker. Insgesamt eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

Cons:

Im Ort und in der Umgebung wurden einige laute Hochzeiten gefeiert. Wir konnten nur mit Ohrenstöpseln schlafen. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Es war halt Hochzeitssaison.

The entry signage are poor..Entry Guard is not upto the mark.Reception is not upto mark .Washroom and room needs lots of improvement.Dustbins are full of Diry even at entry.Food restaurent and services are exceptionally good. Behaviour of staff is upto the mark

A fantastic stay in quirky and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel in beautiful grounds with amazingly preserved historic temples in the stunning gardens. Fantastic, large room full of original features with good tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable bed and a huge and clean bathroom. Nice food available and lovely to have afternoon tea included in the price and served in the gardens. Staff were lovely, friendly and professional. This is an amazing and unique hotel.

The grounds are beautiful and the staff, especially in the restaurant, were wonderful.

Cons:

It is quite noisy at nighttime with road noise, a nearby mosque and lots of peacocks. Just take earplugs - it’s worth it!

Idyllic and tranquil
Pros:

An idyllic, tranquil escape from the bustle of Gwalior. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, it was lovely to meet Santosh who we heard about from Neemrana Fort Palace hotel. A special mention for the head waiter Rajendra too, who is such a gentleman. We explored the temples, watched the birds and mongoose and saw a fantastic display from one of the peacocks! The food is delicious and well priced and our shower was excellent!
