Minor complaint, but needing to bother the ever helpful staff to enter the casa across the street could be improved by an a modern access control system.

Beautifully decorated and landscaped boutique hotel surrounded by lush vegetation. Quiet neighbourhood a short walk to restaurants and nightlife. Every member of the staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Like paradise
Pros:

This small hotel in Poblada feels like paradise. It is quiet at night, the staff is amazing, breakfast is delicious and above all It is close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed at the hotel the second time and enjoyed every minute.

An Extraordinary Hotel
Pros:

The location for us was ideal. Quiet and beautiful. Near the activity and restaurant and retail. They were all a short walk away. The staff was outstanding. The breakfasts excellent. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Exceptional.

Cons:

Nothing. Some people might have trouble with the steepness of the walk between the activity centers. But Uber is easy.

Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación y la decoración del alojamiento. El dormitorio era muy amplio, con camas súper cómodas, y el baño tenía muchísimo espacio. El desayuno estaba delicioso y, sin duda, lo mejor fue la amabilidad del personal, que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.

Pros:

This hotel is very well located, set in a nice and safe area of Medellín and just a short walk from many great restaurants.

The hotel itself is simple but has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The rooms are practical and clean. A special mention goes to the girl at the reception and breakfast, who was very friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

Breakfast was good and satisfying.
