النظافة سيئة، صوت شفاط المياه طول الليل مزعج جداً. الإفطار لم يكن موجوداً كما بالصور، بل كان علبة طعام مخجلة وفيها طعام قليل. اتصلت بهم فقال الموظف إنه ليس مسؤولاً، وإن عدد النزلاء ليس كافياً، ولهذا لا يوجد بوفيه إفطار. إذا لم تكن هذه مشكلة، فلماذا لا يتم وضع الطعام في صحون وصينية طعام؟ غير ذلك كانت ورشة بناء في الفندق صوت ماكينات مزعجة في اليوم الاول انقطعت المياه لمدة اربع ساعات في الغرفة

Personalen i receptionen är jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma. Bra frukost var det med olika sorter. Hotellet ligger i bra ställe nära till allting, det finns runt omkring massor av restauranger, caféer, butiker, affärer och ATM samt tre western union om man vill växla valuta pengar. Rekommenderad det här hotellet om man ska till Amman ( Jordanien) eftersom det är billigt och nära till anting. Tack för er service Crystal hotell
