Staff were lovely, room was exceptionally clean and well decorated and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. Location was great for Milkwood Spa the next morning.
Nothing!!
We are returning guests, very lovely and relaxed atmosphere. Dexters steak restaurant is excellent, and so was the breakfast . We also use the pub next door, which always has a good atmosphere
Nothing,we enjoy it there
It’s a lovely quiet hotel , decorated tastefully and sympathetic to its rich history . The breakfast was amazing and our stay was excellent value .
Our only gripe and it is small, is that the pillows could have been softer .
Its position
The staff were either dour or over- gushing.
The food was overpriced. We both had rib eye steaks, as did 2 ladies at the next door table, and all our steaks were sinewy, dry and tasteless and definitely not worth the £33 each charged! The ladies next to us complained to the waiter and were told that he would inform the chef. Nothing more was heard. We won’t be staying here again
Had a lovely stay - room was fantastic , comfy , clean and spacious - breakfast was really good - we had evening meal in restaurant - worth every penny - great staff , will be back xxxx

This was our third visit we love the hotel and the local area. Has a lovely warm friendlyy feeling with a touch of luxury. The room was clean and well kept. A special mention to the team of staff they are all great, friendly and helpful. We ate in the dexters restaurant which was super had the sharing steak. On the first night ate in their sister restaurant Ty Glo which was delicious. We will be back.
Only as an improvement as im not a lover of eggs, add pancakes to the breakfast menu.
Browns hotel is wonderful! It was exceptionally clean ans comfortable

Fabulous property oozing with character.
After ordering a drink at the bar and sitting down in the alcove we were told that we have to move into the reception area as they were expecting guests for dinner. I wouldn’t have minded but I had a table booked for 6pm and was having a pre-dinner drink.
The barman told my wife that it was ‘fine dining’ and we had to move away from the bar. Curiously this fine dining area is reserved for guests with dogs, very soon x3 spaniels turned up.
Very well equipped, stylish decor, superb service, excellent ambiance and authentic historical feel

Great location and staff
Our room was great - we had our chocolate labrador with us, and it was ideal that there was a little area that he could sleep in. We also had dinner which was absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend Brown's in Laugharne.
The only very small issue we had was that there wasn't any parking when we arrived, but we did find on-street parking further down the road.
