Laugharne is a lovely place and Brown's is the best hotel.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good location, excellent food.

Cons:

Didn't get to eat in the dining room but in the draughty bar along with dogs allowed to sit on dining chairs.

Exquisite Browns
Pros:

The room was fabulous, booked a junior suite and it was definitely worth having the extra space and the comfortable sofa on our 3 night stay. The bathroom was enormous and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the tea and coffee facilities were well stocked. Complimentary prosecco was a nice touch. There is a tiny bottle/can fridge in the room too........to pop a pint of milk in from the local shop.

Make sure you eat in the restaurant, the food was amazing, the best I've eaten in decades, treat yourself, have a steak, it is phenomenal. The staff are all friendly, helpful and attentive, an excellent experience all round.

Cons:

Lack of fresh milk in the room, very very minor gripe as there are sachets of UHT provided and the bar staff will provide you with some if you ask.

Beautiful Laugharne, disappointing room!
Pros:

I love the history of Browns and have stayed here before in a lovely room in the main house. The shower facilities were lovely.

Cons:

We were in a room that was in an annex near the car park; it was small and lacked that Browns class and character. The window overlooked the back entrance.

Lovely get away
Pros:

Staff were attentive and couldn't do more for us. Awesome food. Lovely room. Enjoyed the stay. Will recommend.

Cons:

Parking at back full . Arrangement whereby a parking ticket issued at time of booking would avoid the car park spaces being taken by non residents.
Room was a little cold.
Otherwise very happy.
