Cons:

My daughter fell sick and there was no help from the front desk . This is a foreign country the least one expects is for someone to call an ambulance or hospital . Leaving a guest to self help at a 5 star is ridiculous especially in the middle of the night.

The fact that even one can expect immediate relief like a 7 up with salt . But the staffs response was to go find a supermarket and buy what u want .

I am surprised this is even a Marriot property . Very clearly they have not trained the staff to Marriot levels .
