Sehr gutes Hotel in Brünn.

Wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel

Cons:

Ich hatte meine Buchung letztlich geändert und auf einen Freund umgebucht. Wenige Tage vorher hatte ich das Zimmer bereits für ihn bezahlt. Leider wurde mein Freund im Hotel dann nochmal zur Zahlung aufgefordert und es entstand eine unübersichtliche Situation. Das Personal schien ein wenig überfordert, dass der Gast und der Besteller nicht die gleiche Person waren.
