Świetny hotel jako miejsce na odpoczynek w podróży ale i na dłuższy pobyt
Pros:

Zatrzymaliśmy się spontanicznie podczas dłuższej podróży na odpoczynek i to był strzał w 10. Hotel bardzo ładny, czysty, kontakt i kultura obsługi na bardzo wysokim poziomie, klimatyzacja, pyszne i urozmaicone śniadanie, parking podziemny.

Perfect stay, will come back. Hope there will be info on room service.
Pros:

Lots of options on the buffet breakfast, clean big room, nice view and polite staff. Good food and drinks in the jazz bar but hoping they can add more food choices and drinks.

Cons:

Was not informed that deposit is needed when you check in, amount depends on the number of nights.

A hangszigetelés terén nem azt kaptuk, amit vártunk.
Pros:

A szállás előtt a kis tó nagyon hangulatos volt. A kilátás is szép volt a 14. emeletről.

Cons:

Hangszigetelt szobák szerepel a kiírásban, de mind felülről lehetet dübögést hallani, mind a folyosóról az ajtón keresztül a beszélgetést, ajtócsapódást…
Nem volt mélyhűtő része a hűtőnek. Az ablak nem volt tiszta.
Kicsik voltak a földszinten rendelhető ételek adagjai, főleg a marhahúsból készült leves, ami langyos és zsíros vagy olajos is volt.

Bardzo ładnie i czysto.

Cons:

Niestety śniadanie okazało się rozczarowujące. Mała różnorodność wędlin, serów i warzyw. Brak możlowości zrobienia sobie gofra nie mówiąc o zamówieniu omleta z dodatkami. Jeden rodzaj jogurtu z nasionami, kilka rodzajów średniej jakości wypieków. Brak regionalnych produktów.

OK na nocleg w tranzycie
Pros:

Lokalizacja, parking, śniadanie było OK. Pokój normalny, wygodny

Cons:

Obsługa, szczególnie przy zameldowaniu. Trzy stanowiska były czynne, a szło jak krew z nosa… i zajęło ponad pół godziny. Co więcej, osoby obsługujące nie zwracały uwagi na kolejkę oczekujących i np. przede mną obsłużono pana, który podszedł poza kolejką i zameldował 4-osobową rodzinę (trwało to 15 minut), a następnie kolejnego pana, który tylko chciał kupić batonika (kolejne 5 minut). Bardzo frustrujące doświadczenie. Do tego chciałam zapłacić inną kartą, aby uniknąć przewalutowania, niestety nie szło się z panią mnie obsługującą dogadać w tej kwestii. Ostatecznie poddałam się i zapłaciłam kartą wskazaną przy rezerwacji, ale to na moją niekorzyść finansową. Nigdy wcześniej w żadnym hotelu nie miałam problemu z tym, aby zapłacić dowolną kartą
