Vynikající a dobře organizované snídání v tomto hotelu je vždy skvělý začátek dne. Výborné parkování. Snaživý personál.

Cons:

Bohužel v době mé poslední návštěvy byly zrovna asi evropské závody v basketbalu.. A v hotelu bylo několik autobusů dětí, které nebyly úplně ohleduplné. To se projevilo hned při check-inu - totálně přetížená recepce, ale i při celém pobytu. Děti běhaly po chiodbách a hlučně zavíraly dveře dlouho do noci a brzy od rána. Nicméně personál hotelu se opravdu snažil jako opravdoví profesionálové zvládaly jistě psychicky velmi náročné chvíle.. :-D

Nemůžu absolutně nic vytknout. Nádherný primo luxusní hotel, člověk hned jak přijde dovnitř tak to je čistá nádhera. Lokalita hotelu také úplně luxusní. Pěšky do města je to cca 20 minut procházky. Pokoj krásný, moderní a absolutně čistý. Výhled nádherný. Na konec Děkujeme za nádherný zážitek v nádherném hotelu.

Remek ár-érték arány, prémium érzet.
Pros:

Parkolási lehetőség jó árú és sok villanyautó töltővel. A szoba nagyon kényelmes volt, és a kilátás is Brno városára.

od tejto siete hotelov očakávam top kvalitu

Hotel nový, moderný a čistý, raňajky OK

Cons:

check in bol veľmi dlhý, bola dlhá rada a nikto to neriešil, na recepcii bol jeden človek ktorý sa zaúčal, a jeho manažér sa to nesnazil ani riešiť.
Mne osobne chýbali koberce na izbách, keď už nie sú koberce, mali by ste ponúknuť papuče
chýbali hygienické potreby
sprcha v zlom stave, voda tiekla všeljako
v rovnakom čase tam bolo ubytovaných plno detských športovcov aj s rodičmi - a jeden výťah bol celý čas mimo prevádzky, bol dostupný jeden výťah
