Had a good experience staying 3 nights at the hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast is quite a spread and the quality of food is very good. The hotel is near many shops, massage establishment and near a mall. Received complimentary coupons for star bucks coffee.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room can be improved, not saying that is dirty.

Pros:

This has been my first choice of hotel for each batam visit. Really love how comfortable the hotel is and the ease of access.

Cons:

The hairdryer. I think I had it changed twice, but the hairdryer didn't blow hot air after use for a while.

Pros:

因为喜欢I hotel, 阴差阳错定到了这家。Batam有两家。这家也非常好，楼下就是A2 food center. 过街就非常大的购物中心，感觉啥都有了。
这家酒店的隔音做得无敌好，马路上的声音不怎么听得到。因为我对声音很敏感，所以对安静要求很高，但是真的睡得非常踏实啊！！

Pros:

I had a really good experience staying at I Hotel Baloi, starting right from check-in. The gentleman at the front desk who helped me (I believe his name was Ruski or something similar) was very polite and helpful. He explained everything in detail, including the hotel facilities and other useful information about the stay. It was a really good first impression.
The breakfast was also good, and it was included with the room! There was a pretty wide selection of food and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety.
The room itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. The entire hotel felt clean, cosy and well maintained.
The location is also a big plus. It's within walking distance to Pasar Penuin, BCS Mall, A2 Food Court and Grand Batam Mall, so it was really convenient for us. We didn't have to rely on transport all the time.
The staff throughout the hotel were also friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.
I only booked one night here, and honestly, I regretted not booking a longer stay!
What surprised me most was that I came here without much expectation, especially after spending 3 nights at another big-name and much more expensive hotel. Surprisingly, I enjoyed my stay at I Hotel Baloi much more. For me, this hotel genuinely feels like a 4-star hotel and definitely exceeded my expectations.
Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in Batam.
