I made a mistake and thought I was suppose to check out the next day(supposedly 3 nights )...
Fortunetly FO managed to get me a Suite room for a family of Six for another day.
However we skip breakfast as it's only for 4 pax so we skip breakfast.
Staff are friendly, helpful and dedicated

Truly enjoyed the stay and wish to return.
Pros:

The location is fabulous. Near to shopping malls, massage and food. Rooms are spick and span with clean bedsheets and towels. All the necessary toiletries were provided. I was surprised they provided the travel size Pepsodant toothpaste.
We were welcomed with Starbucks vouchers as welcome drinks. Each coupon allowed us to redeem 2 drinks and had to use before check out date.
Staff are friendly and greeted us at every corner of the premises.
One of our rooms were upgraded to a suite. It came with the mini Nespresso with capsules. The suite had a mini kitchen with microwave too. Also, the TV had many channels that met our interests.
The breakfast was acceptable with lots of local food varieties. The hotel did change their menu every day. Good effort on that. The staff attended to our tables and cleaned the plates promptly.

Cons:

The sofa and recliner in the suite needs to be cleaned or replaced. We didn’t use the sofa and recliner as it was heavily stained with dusty cushions.

Overall, we are very enjoyed during this trip stay.. this hotel is our number one choice...
Pros:

> The location of this hotel is really convenient that's why we had been staying in this hotel every year whenever we go to Batam for holiday trip..
> The room is clean, neat & cosy..
> All the staffs are friendly & helpful... especially to Antinous (front desk) who still remember me...

Cons:

> The pillow is rather flat which did not support my neck that make me feel quite uncomfortable when sleeping.
> The breakfast quality and variety should change as I felt that the food standard had dropped.

Overall ok except I was not able to dry clean my winter jacket in time. Staff replied too late for any action possible

I’m grateful to the reservations team for accommodating my special request, the Front Office for the smooth check-in and warm hospitality, and the F&B team for their thoughtfulness during the busy breakfast service on 3 January — the Indonesian breakfast spread was a real highlight.

Having stayed in several hotels abroad recently, I truly feel iHotel Baloi exceeds expectations in service, cleanliness, and comfort. It reflects a supportive and well-managed team culture (Well taken care Staff = Good Service to Guests), and I look forward to returning in the future.
