My family didn’t enjoy the stay
The property was old and damaged by the time used but they didn’t upgrade or fix it. The villa has beach view but they locked the view without letting me know ahead of time. The pool was alright but didn’t turn on the outside light as it should be. I requested the baby crib but I needed to call them three times till 10pm for them to come and set it up

The facility do not well maintain
The villa was incredibly spacious. The lay out of interior allowed for movement and not crowded. furniture seems dated however or maybe it has been used well.
the location for the villa was not great. poor lighting and it's literally right across a large abandoned hotel property so you had the sense of being stranded somewhere with rotting cement buildings that are unfinished and left to wither away. the small refrigerators in the villa is NOT a fridge. Apparently, it is only there to keep things NOT hot/warm, not to keep them cold so be aware of that if you need to bring medications that need to be refrigerated. the breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special, but the staff (the boys that cleared the tables) were friendly and helpful and tried to clear the tables as fast as they could for you. this villa/hotel is NOT in the main city. it is in the outskirts of the city, about 30-40 min drive away so if you are looking for the city of Quy Nhon, this would be the rural , fisherman village. close to ky co beach which was the main reason for our visit.

Skal du op til byen så vil jeg anbefale at du går langs stranden. Det sparer dig for 2 km. Husk dit værelseskort, ellers vil vagten ikke lukke dig ind/ud.
Værelserne er store men det giver ingen mening at det er køkken, når du ikke selv må medbringe mad.
The buffet was great, but the room was moldy, and we had to request a room change. We had two rooms in total, and the lock on the second room’s door was broken—it was never fixed.
Be aware that you cannot bring food or drinks into your room, and if you’re caught, there’s a $200 USD fine. This means bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited, which is ridiculous considering we’re paying to stay at a resort, not a prison.
The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is in serious need of maintenance. It also looks like half of it is still under construction. We stayed in the “Luxury Tower,” but the only luxury aspect was the balcony view of the beach.
If you’re expecting a five-star experience, lower your expectations to a 2-3 star level, and you’ll be fine. Good luck!
Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Resort

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this resort, and it was a complete letdown. The amenities that were advertised, such as certain pools and bars, were shut down during our stay. The photos on their website were misleading, and it felt like bait-and-switch.
The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. When we asked for water, they refused to provide it. The room was worn down, with sticky floors and a general feeling of neglect.
The resort itself felt like a ghost town, with very few guests and a lack of atmosphere. To make matters worse, when we decided to check out early due to the poor conditions, they refused to provide a refund.
Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this resort. The combination of false advertising, poor maintenance, and unfriendly staff makes it a place to avoid.
We stayed in 3 br beach front villa, it was clean and spacious, would be ideal for traveling here with multiple families. the food was also adequate.
the resort was completley run down, we went during an off season so cant complain about the inacessable beach, but we still walked it and was covered in trash. pool in total disrepair and not safe for children. not a single bar on the entire resort and very pricy meals (For vietnam) staff did their best to accomodate but it was ultimatley an unkempt and unfun stay, the highlight was leaving the resort to go into the city (25 min or so) where we ate some KFC.
Nothing to do and too far from city center.

I got a villa with beach view but I had to go to the beach by the luxury hotel site because the beach by the villa is just for view, can’t swim there
Nice luxury place, the villa was huge and had a nice private pool
You must use the Hotel's beach instead, which is far from the villa area. Can't cook or bring food into the villa, which is quite inconvenience
