Locatie was wel prima

Cons:

Het personeel is erg onervaren, vooral de receptioniste; ze lijken met tegenzin te werken. Dit zal mijn eerste en laatste bezoek zijn.

Pros:

De badkamer was supergroot.
De locatie was handig, met meerdere koffietentjes om de hoek, via het restaurant kom je op de foodcourt van het winkelcentrum. Je zit op het treinstation (geen verbinding met het vliegveld, da's jammer) en metrostations. Veel taxi's voor de deur.
Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Er hingen veel voedselgeurtjes in de gangen. Er was veel keus voor ontbijt, maar weinig wat ik wilde eten. Dan is het ontbijt vrij duur. Vooral met alle andere tentjes om de hoek.

Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel olduğunu düşünmüyorum
Pros:

Otel güzel rahat temiz ve odaları büyük ferah ancak odalar AVM'nin içine baktığından dolayı havalandırma imkanı çok zayıf ve rahat açılabilir bir pencere pencere yok dolayısıyla ağır bir koku hakim.

Cons:

Gece yarısı yola çıkıp otelde düzenlenen bir etkinlik için sabah otele vardım. Odam hazır değildi bu çok normal bir durum ama üzerimi değişip takım elbisemi giymem gerekiyordu. Resepsiyondan bana uygun bir yer göstermelerini rica ettim bana tuvaleti gösterdi:( Koskoca otelde sadece üzerimi değiştirebileceğim tuvaletten daha hijyenik bir yer olabileceğini düşünüyorum. Özellikle resepsiyon ve şef kademelerindeki Personellerin genel anlamda tavır ve davranışları müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı değildi. Davranışları üstten bakan şekilde idi Mutsuz çalıştıklarını düşünüyorum. Aynı şeyi restoran hizmet personelleri için söyleyemem orada hizmet ve güler yüz daha iyi di ama şefler de genelde aynı tutum söz konusu idi.

I've extended my stay at the same hotel more than 4 times through Booking.com, and each time the price was different with significant discrepancies

Otel son derece nezih ve fevkalâde temiz olup şehrin tam merkezinde kâindir. Tren garına bitişik mevkide bulunması, seyr ü seferi son derece kolay kılmaktadır. Demiryolu vasıtasıyla memleketin hemen her tarafına azimet mümkündür: İstanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bilecik, Eskişehir, Balıkesir, İzmir, Yozgat, Kırıkkale, Kayseri, Sivas, Erzurum, Erzincan, Kars, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Malatya, Batman, Muş, Tatvan ve Kurtalan.
