Very good hotel to stay with. Easy access to main square with a couple of minutes walk. Very happy.

Great location for a comfortable stay a short walk from the square.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable modern hotel, clean and quiet rooms.

Cons:

Coffee machine in the room, I prefer a kettle personally. Drinks at reception are a bit expensive.

Cons:

Check-in à amélioré, elle ne trouvait pas notre réservation, ensuite on nous a dit qu'il y avait une panne informatique. Coupure d'électricité pendant 1 heure, j'ai fait 3 fois les 5 étages à pied. Petit-déjeuner, on m'a demandé 3 fois mon numéro de chambre, appareil à Nutella en panne tout le séjour.. et il le laisse en panne sur la table du buffet....à quoi bon...ce sont des jeunes avec un manque d'expérience...machine à jus d'orange et café vide....etc....

Could not find fault.
Pros:

Great location, just minutes from the Old Town. It’s is exceptionally clean, and throughout our stay we constantly saw it being cleaned and tided. All the staff we engaged with were friendly, so helpful and polite. Rooms were clean and ver comfortable. And great value for money too.

Cons:

Only a slight issue, there is another Leonardo hotel in Krakow, which I wasn’t aware of and we nearly missed one of our sightseeing trips. The tour operator should have checked as well, but we weren’t to know!

I hope to be back!
Pros:

Great location - 5 minute walk into town, and quiet.
We added on breakfast the 2nd morning which was great value for money and a good selection to choose from. The room was a good size, and the bed was comfortable. We were able to leave our bags after check out and come back for them later.

Cons:

Our only negative is that our room was stifling hot and the air conditioning made no difference. I’d have happily slept with the window open which most likely would have helped but my partner struggles.

A great hotel.
Pros:

Lovely comfortable room, nice hot shower, CNN on tv, tea and coffee provided. Very tasty breakfast with wide choice including hot options, staff friendly and helpful, which isn’t always the case in Krakow.

Cons:

A little expensive.

Location great for old town and square..Room clean comfortable. Breakfast was very good , the bar is cosy the food from therebvery good quality price and portions. The staff were young friendly went out of their way..Special thanks to Nataliya, Denis, Kira
