Great location and spotlessly clean!
Pros:

Great location. The hotel and rooms were spotless. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was very hot when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t the best at cooling the room.

Great value, comfortable and stylish hotel, perfect location!
Pros:

Stylish, boutique style, with a lovely seating area. Exceptionally clean, bedding super comfortable, fridge in the room. Perfect location, very central, easy to walk to attractions. Nice touch to arrive to greetings card and birthday cake. Hotel staff are friendly, speak English and respond quickly to messages, and will arrange good value trips with Krakow Direct on your behalf.

Lovely first stay in Krakow.
Pros:

The location was perfect.
The cleanliness and standard of the accomodation was very good.
Good selection at breakfast.
The larger deluxe and suite rooms suited our families needs.
Most staff members were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The air conditioning didnt work which made the room hot. Should be informed up front that there is a problem with it.
The pillows were too soft.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

I arrived in Poland only to find out the place I had orginally booked on Booking.com didn't seem to exist. Booking.com helped me to sort this out and we ended up staying here instead. I'm so glad that we did! Its a beautiful hotel with really friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and the room its self was clean and very comfortable. The food was amazing and a good price. The only reason I haven't given it full stars is because the air con wasn't working and our room was boiling. We did have to sleep with the window open in the end but it was a little too noisey and we were woken a few times. All in all though a very positive experience and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and stay there again myself. Its location is perfect too just over the road from the Old Town. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Welcoming and helpful staff, spacious rooms, cozy patio and interior. Great location with equally comfortable walking distance to the train station, the city center, and the river side.

Cons:

Breakfast could benefit from adding some lactose free options.
And the arconditioning needs to be fixed (the hotel was working on it, but we would have preferred if it had been available during our stay since there was an extreme heat wave at the time).

Horrendous! Never again.
Pros:

I liked the location and the staff at the property who were as helpful as could be given the circumstances.

Cons:

We didn’t stay they because they chronically overbook then send the late,extremely tired arrivals to another hotel half an hour away. Completely unacceptable.

Nie polecam, brak sprawnej klimatyzacji, strasznie gorąco i duszno.
Cons:

Klimatyzacja była ogromnym rozczarowaniem - w praktyce nie chłodziła w ogóle. W pokoju ciężko było wytrzymać, bo od rana robiło się gorąco i duszno. Budziłem się spocony. Na korytarzu było chłodniej niż w pokoju, co samo w sobie mówi dużo o tym, jak działała klimatyzacja.

Dlatego jeśli ktoś szuka noclegu na upalne dni, zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu. Jedynym ratunkiem było otwarcie okna, ale pomagało to tylko w nocy i tylko przy całkowicie otwartym oknie.

Zgłosiłem problem w recepcji, ale usłyszałem, że tak jest w całym hotelu. Zaproponowano mi wentylator, jednak ostatecznie nie został dostarczony do pokoju.

Na minus również niezrozumiały kontakt z recepcji przed zameldowaniem w sprawie rezerwacji, mimo potwierdzenia z Booking.com

Dodatkowo w łazience był bardzo głośny wentylator, który wyłączał się dopiero po kilku minutach i był słyszalny w pokoju nawet przy zamkniętych drzwiach. W nocy było to szczególnie uciążliwe.

Nice and convenient hotel, but room too hot

Convenient location near old town, clean, nicely decorated

Cons:

Room was too hot even when I set air conditioning to coldest setting. I had to open the window to let the room cool down.
