This hotel was great - great location, comfortable and clean. It sits right across from Planty Park, which encircles the old town so it's close to everything, even the Jewish district. Breakfast was good as well. I'd stay at this hotel again!

De vriendelijkheid en hulpvaardigheid van het personeel Wij mochten tijdens ons verblijf in Krakow een voor de gasten een aanwezige rolstoel van het hotel gebruiken.
Niets!! Zijn zeer tevreden en hebben dit hotel ook al aan bevriende relaties aanbevolen.

NIce location, very good breakfast, cozy patio. Very friendly staff.
Air conditioning wasn't working, temperature in room was very high. Make sure You do not get a room with a park view - the noise from the street (trams) is huge. Especially when You have to open the window at night because the ac is not working. Parking proces are high, still you will find a spot close to hotel.

Aircon in rooms isn’t the best.
Déjeuner très copieux et dans une magnifique salle intérieure/extérieure. Le personnel de l'hôtel est vraiment très professionnel, respectueux et agréable. Ils ont une maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais. Enfin, la situation de l'hôtel est idéale, nous avons tout fait à pied, en 10 min maximum. Autre bonus : le restaurant, qui propose des plats typiques parfaitement exécutés et vraiment très goûteux.
Ce n'est pas grand chose, mais le sèche-cheveux mis à disposition dans notre chambre faisait vraiment gadget et fonctionnait très mal. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail, j'en conviens.

The location was perfect 5/10 minute walk to the Jewish Quarter and the same to the Main Square. Staff were very pleasant and breakfast had lots of choice, except no bacon and no choice of eggs - only hard boiled or scrambled! My husband is ceoliac and they provided special bread but no GF sausages or anything else!😥

We had 3 rooms booked 2 of the rooms had a welcoming gift and the other rooms didn’t
When I went to ask the receptionist about this she told me that one room had a different booking on another Website. Ok maybe that was understandable ( All she did was she shrugged her shoulders and that’s it she didn’t even bother to maybe treat the other room same as the other rooms)
Then we went up to do some Tea and as we went to stir the tea the Tea spoon was smudged with something Pink ( Like Yogurt)
So I went down again to speak to the receptionist and Lo and Behold same attitude again!!!!!!!!!!
She just went to the Bar to change the tea spoon and nothing else no Apologies nothing
