Centralt välskött hotell med trevlig personal.
Pros:

Ett trevligt hotell som ligger väldigt centralt. Trevlig bar ute o inne med god mat. Trevlig personal både i reception bar o vid frukost. Vi som par, valde ett standard dubbelrum och det var absolut inga fel. Dock liiiite litet. Kommer förmodligen att välja ett större rum vid nästa tillfälle. Vi hade rum ut mot "tvärgatan" som inte störde det minsta. Kan absolut rekommendera hotellet.

Pros:

Room, location, gym, outdoor area, friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast. Very poor selection, and flies landing on some items. The poor girls working were overrun.

The description stated the room included air conditioning, which didn't. The place had one fan, could have used another fan to be adequate. The bathroom sink was slow draining.

Nadie habla español. Para celíacos o intolerancia al gluten, solo pan blanco de molde. Cada día en la habitación una moscarda, y un día, dos. Seis días de estancia con las mismas sábanas, y si olvidas poner el cartel de limpieza, no limpian. En el desayuno vi como limpiaban con un trapo el suelo y luego las mesas, cafetera...., el trapo muy sucio..También en el comedor vi moscas. Pagamos 300 euros noche dos habitaciones con desayuno. Un despropósito. La primera noche nos dieron habitación interior con ventanuco a las máquinas de aire acondicionado y dos camas en línea pegadas a la pared, baño sin mampara que se inundaba, nos cambiaron al día siguiente bajo petición. Parecía un hostal.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar, bei straßenseitigem Zimmer schöner Blick auf Planty

Excellent Customer Service!
Pros:

Excellent Customer Service! Everyone was kind, the rooms are comfy, the hotel is beautiful. Localization is perfect, extremely central but in a calm street. We had some issues with the AC during our stay and they promptly resolved it, always attentive and acting in the best interest of customers, they truly want to succeed and be renowned by their hospitality. Leonardo is my safe harbor!

Cons:

Nothing, would stay here again anytime.

Enjoyable stay in lovely hotel. Would certainly return and recommend to others.
Pros:

The room was of a good size and well equipped with quality bathroom fittings and copious hot water. Bed and pillows were roomy and comfortable.
Breakfasts were excellent offering a good choice of healthy options.
Location is very good with only a short walk to the old town and huge square and also the Jewish quarter.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Little touches such as iced water in the foyer and available apples were a touch of care and class.

Cons:

Wi-Fi on the 4th floor was patchy at best and often wouldn’t connect. Once downstairs or on the terrace it was fast and worked well.

Un gioiellino, pulito e posizione ottima
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, hotel moderno e pulitissimo!
A 5 minuti dal centro, dai luoghi di ritrovo per i tour, dai mezzi di trasporto, insomma, tutto a portata di mano.
Arredamento moderno e accogliente.
Il fiore all'occhiello la pulizia, come d'altronde tutta Cracovia: un paradiso da questo punto di vista.

The location is close to Planty and the stare miasto. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean.

During our stay, the airco didnt work. Also is the price of one night rather expensive.
