Hotel wspaniale położony, czysty, nowoczesny z przemiłym i pomocnym personelem. Bardzo dobre śniadania
La ubicación, el edificio en el que se encuentra, las vistas desde la habitación, el desayuno y la zona en la que se encuentra.
No tiene parking, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, y la comodidad de la cama auxiliar.
Központi helyen fekvő szálloda. Nem különösebben stílusos, de kényelmes szobánk volt a 4. emeleten, így szép kilátásunk volt a fák lombkoronájára. Bőséges reggeli, nagy választékkal.
Amazing hotel in a prefect location! Clean and comfortable and all the staff was very nice! I had asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what I got! Thank you so much for an amazing visit to Krakow!

Pillows uncomfortable, air conditioning not working
Room very clean and cozy , good breakfast.
AC was not working, however a fan was placed in the room by hotel staff before check-in to make our stay more pleasant.
