Limpieza inaceptable
Pros:

Attention du personnel pas plus

Cons:

La limpieza muy mala, nos entregaron el estudio sucio , cubiertos sucios, microondas sucio ,telarañas por todo lado , afortunadamente solo estuvimos una noche muy decepcionados.

El lugar fue lo que más nos gustó, es super bonito, la decoración esta muy bien pensada, es un ambiente muy costero y agradable, un lugar relajante con excelente atención, adicional la ubicación está super cerca de todo, del centro, la playa, las discotecas y deliciosos restaurantes

La ubicación es excelente, la atención de Don Emel y doña Olga fue maravillosa. Te hacen sentir
Como en casa. Se preocupan por el bienestar de los huéspedes y hacen recomendaciones para sitios y toures. Las camas muy cómodas y la relación calidad precio está consecuente. Muy cerca a la playa principal y al aeropuerto.

Pros:

Very quaint! We loved our double room, although the stairs could be a bit challenging for someone with mobility issues. Owners very friendly and welcoming, helped us with all our tour needs (gracias!). Highly recommended!

Cons:

Could offer free pick up/drop off service. Also, a little breakfast would have been nice. But there's plenty of local food choices nearby!

Tudo, a acomodação nas fotos é uma gracinha, quando você chega parece um monte de entulho empilhado, tudo velho e sujo.

Quarto com mofo, com mal cheiro, parede descascando.

Pros:

O ambiente é todo decorado de forma cuidadosa e bonita, é uma pousada bem familiar e possui inclusive alguns animais como coelhos, gatos e cachorros muito adoráveis. Os donos são extremamente simpáticos e nos auxiliaram nos buscando no aeroporto, nos levaram para sacar dinheiro e na marina para pegarmos a lancha para um dos passeios. Eles também tem a opção de venda de passeios, o que facilita muito pois já conhecem os locais de confiança e conseguem preços excelentes. Além disso tem máscaras e sapatilhas para emprestar e água potável disponível para os hóspedes. A pousada possui energia solar e chuveiro com água quente maravilhoso.

Unfriendly staff, smelly room - we will avoid this place.
Pros:

Location is quite in the Middle of Centro, only 10 mins walk to the beach.

Cons:

Family Room was very small, only a tiny window. Shower / toilet were smelly. Worst of all was the unfriendly receptionist. First, we had to wait in the heat for ~15 minutes to get into our room, no idea why. Then, she said “cash only”, we had to show her the Booking confirmation that said was also possible to pay by Credit Card. She did not even give us any sheets for our bed. And when we asked the owner (politely and in Spanish) for the sheets, she rolled her eyes, obviously the owner annoyed just because we dared to ask. If we ever come back to San Andrés, we will avoid this place.
